It really doesn't feel that long since we started. But this time last year I never would have thought I would be sitting here now at a size 12 and 3 1/2 stone lighter!!

I love Slimming World!

And you will totally be in that 11 stone range next week! So excited for you - what a great feeling!

xx

Thanks hunny, and so will you!! I can't believe how quickly time's going, but that's a good thing in weight loss terms because it just shows how all those little bits and bobs all add up!! It'll be nice to get to the 4 stone mark soon! My 3 stone seems soooo long ago!!X

I've set a mini target of reaching 4 stone by my 1 yr anniversary of starting SW! 7lbs to go by end of October (Sounds easy but on hols next week so will prob gain while I am away!!)

It is nice to have all the little things add up and see that it equals a really big bit now!!

xx

I find the big overall loss lessens the blow of a STS or a gain, but still determined to get those minigoals!!X

i feel a bit stuck at the moment - did you ever feel like this and how did you overcome it?

Definitely have had weeks like this - and I am sure Heather has too!

You just need to believe in the plan. Stick to it, keep counting syns, drinking water, varying meals - and your body will catch up!

The other thing is to not get disappointed with just a small loss. A loss is a loss and as we have found - they soon add up to a pretty big chunk!!

Chin up chick - you can do this! And we are all here to support you where we can.

WOW i really enjoyed the exchange between you both, what a fantastic advertising for how great sw is, with the bestest ever members

I've felt like this on quite a few occasions, Amy is right!! It's usually happened when events in life have thrown me off guard and forced me out of my routine, as I'm sure is the case with you at the moment Donna! I take my hat off to you if you can stick to plan properly with what's going on with your Mum! Sometimes it's just about damage limitation when you're feeling a lack of control, sticking to it maybe 70% of the time and going off track 30% of the time! What I make myself do is have just 1 whole day of being 100%, writing everything down, following it to a tee and keeping my minigoals in mind! I then feel so good about myself I try another 100% day, and usually it gets me back into 'the zone' again! Some weeks/months are just easier than others I think! Also writing down, or just reminding myself of all the reasons I want to do it! Revisit the NSV thread- I find that really inspiring!! All the compliments from people and feeling good about new clothes sizing and styles etc etc! Hope you find some vavavoom again soon hun and that your Mum's keeping her chin up despite all she's going through (and you as well!!)XXXXX
