Week 46- Day 7 (Mon)- Extra Easy- Day off.

Breakfast- Don't laugh!!- A bowl of mushy peas!

Lunch- friend's Birthday- 1/2 mini homemade quiche (approx 7 syns + cheddar cheese HEXa) with salad, XL salad cream (1 syn), a few crisps (approx 3 syns). A very small sliver of chocolate Birthday cake (approx 4 syns). A small Activia fat free cherry yogurt.

Tea- In pub after WI- Gammon steak with 2 fried eggs (3 syns) with Jacket potato and free salad.

At home- Weetabix Oatybar (HEXb).

Total syns 18.
 
Week 47- Day 1 (Tues)- Extra Easy- Day off.

Breakfast- 11am- 2 Weetabix (HEXb), a sliced banana, 200ml skimmed milk (4/7 HEXa).

3pm- Roast chicken Mugshot (0.5 syns).

Tea- 6pm- Roast chicken with stirfried vegetables and 11g melted cheddar (3/7 HEXa). A few of dh's home made oven chips (counting 3 syns for olive oil). Summer berries Mullerlight.

Snack 10pm- 1/2 tin sweetcorn.

Total syns 3.5.

Week 47- Day 2 (Wed)- Extra Easy- Working 7.30am-8pm.

Before work- 6.30- 3 egg omlette with mushrooms and 28g cheddar (HEXa).

Work break 1-10.30am- Strawberries, blueberries, red grapes and sliced banana with Total 0% yogurt and sweetener. A Kelloggs Fibre Plus bar (HEXb).

Work break 2-3pm- Peppered smoked mackerel 80g fillet (3 syns) with green salad, tomato, grated carrot, sweetcorn and XL salad cream (2 syns). Small Activia fat free blueberry yog.

Work break 3-7pm- Spicy beef stew (previously frozen). Small Activia fat free strawberry yog.

After work- 10pm- Small Tescos veg & fish sushi (1.5 syns).

Total syns 6.5.

Brunch- 11.30am- Thai Mugshot (0.5 syns), Kelloggs Fibre Plus dark choc/almond bar (HEXb), Activia fat free cherry snackpot (0.5 syns).

Early tea- 4.30pm- Peppered smoked mackerel fillet 80g (3 syns) with Tescos Market Value crunchy salad, tomato, 1 tbspn XL salad cream (1 syn) and drizzle of balsamic vinegar (0.5 syns). 3 Babybel lights (HEXa).

After choir- In pub- Approx 2 packets worth of Walkers crisps! (14 syns)!

At home- Bowl of butternut squash & barley hotpot (made yesterday- BNS, carrot, garlic, pearl barley, veg stock, herbs, coriander, chilli).

Total syns 19.5.

Guys, worry not!! I was keeping them low because I was fed up with my gain this week and really really really want to drop into that 11 stone range, or even better, get my 4 stone before I go to Spain next Wed!! But tonight has been quite synnilicious as it happens!! Went to the pub after a choir concert I was performing in, and whilst I stuck to diet coke, I ate about 2 packets worth of Walkers crisps that someone had kindly (or unkindly) ripped open and placed on the table for all to tuck in!! So that's another 14 syns I'm estimating!! Whoops!!x

Thanks hun!! I'm getting impatient now!! Yeh, mushypeagate!! I lurrrrve mushy peas, and I was looking for something quick for brekkie that wouldn't use any HEXs so I could save them for later!! Who made up breakfast rules anyway I'm asking myself!! LOL!X

Brunch- 11.30am- 2 Weetabix (HEXb) with sliced banana, strawberries, red grapes and blueberries. 200ml skimmed milk (4/7 HEXa).

Work break 1-2.30pm- Chinese Chicken Pot Noodle in a Mug. Activia fat free strawberry yogurt.

Work break 2-6.30pm- Corned beef soup (made Wed- lean corned beef,onion, potato, parsnip, celeriac, leek, beef Oxo stock, herbs and spices- 2 syns). Activia fat free forest fruits yogurt.

At home- 2 corn on the cob, some beetroot, 3 laughing cow xl triangles (1/2 HEXa).

Total syns 2.

Late breakfast- 11am- 2 Weetabix (HEXb) with strawberries, red grapes and blueberries. 200ml skimmed milk (4/7 HEXa). 2 Laughing Cow XL triangles (1/3 HEXa). Orange/chocolate sprinkles Mullerlight.

Work break 1-2.30pm- Roast chicken Pot Noodle in a Mug. (1 syn). An apple.

1 orange Quality St (2.5 syns) and 1 Snickers Celebration (2.5 syns)

Work break 2-7pm- butternut squash & barley hotpot. Co-op wholemeal pitta (6 syns). An Activia fat free cherry yogurt.

At home- Some chicken breast- freshly roasted chicken!

Food after WI (before night shift)- 6.40pm- Cheese (28g cheddar- HEXa), beetroot and salad wholemeal pitta (Co-op- HEXb). A banana.

Food in work-1am- Peppered smoked mackerel salad (3 syns)- salad ingredients- mixed leaves, red pepper, tomato, beetroot, spring onion, balsamic vinegar, plus 3 tbspns XL salad cream (3 syns). Activia fat free strawberry yogurt.

Naughty snacks- 1 Fox's chocolate jaffa biscuit (4 syns), 2 choc coated digestives (8 syns), several Revels (2 syns), a few Pringles (2 syns).

Semi skimmed milk in coffees- 1.5 syns.

Total syns 23.5

Week 48- Day 1 (Tues)- Extra Easy- Working 7.30pm-8am (night).

In work- 5.30am- Thai Mugshot (0.5 syns).

At home before bed- 9am- A few small bits of cold roast chicken.

On getting up- 3pm- Quorn peppered steaks. A few frylighted mushrooms.

6pm- 2 Weetabix (HEXb) with sliced banana and 200ml skimmed milk (3.5 syns). A tin of Heinz beef ravioli.

In work- 1/2 a Chicken & Mushroom Pasta n Sauce with added mushrooms, red onion and lean bacon topped with sliced tomato and 28g grated cheddar (HEXa) grilled. A summer berries Mullerlight.

Milk in coffee (1 syn).

Total syns 5.

Thanks so much Meli! You're always a great support! I must say I was very very shocked! I expected a decent one, maybe up to 3lb, but not that much! I'm used to losing little amounts at a time and it's an awesome feeling when I get a big one! This is the biggest yet in my whole journey!! You'll soon regain that 4 1/2 stone and move on quickly to the 5 stone coz you rock!!!X
 
Week 48- Day 2 (Wed)- Extra Easy- Day off.

In work-4am- Fresh pineapple chunks and strawberries.

On way home from work- 8.30am- A banana. A packet of Cadburys Caramel nibbles (10 syns!!)

On getting up- 2.30pm- Kelloggs Fibre Plus dark choc/almond bar (HEXb). A glass of Tropicana orange juice- (3 syns).

4.30pm- Spicy Sweet n Sour Mugshot.

Well Dai came home with Chinese....say no more.....didn't exactly count syns, so I think the best thing to do is just stop right here and start afresh on Thurs 30th September and try not to be too bad inbetween!!!X
