Week 45- Day 5 (Sat)- Extra Easy- Working 12-8pm.
Breakfast-10.30am- 3 egg omlette with mushrooms and 28g Mexicana cheese (HEXa).
Snack in work- 3pm- Kelloggs Fibre Plus dark choc/almond bar (HEXb). Some red grapes, some cherries and some strawberries.
Tea in work-6.30pm- Roast chicken breast (roasted a chicken prev night) salad, with mixed leaves, red onion, tomato, beetroot, a little balsamic vinegar (0.5 syns) and 2 tbspns XL salad cream (2 syns). With Asda sweet chilli/red pepper cottage cheese (1 syn). A small Activia fat free blueberry yogurt. Strawberries, sliced peach, red grapes, cherries and blueberries.
At home- 10.30pm- A bowl of mushy peas- yum yum!!
Semi skimmed milk in 2 coffees (0.5 syns).
