FUNCURLS FOOD DIARY, BLOG and CHIT CHAT!! New target set!!

i would have a good feeling, but after the alcohol consumed on Sunday i am not so confident!!!! and i remembered the chocolates on Sat night too - ooopps! we shall see :D x
 
Week 45- Day 4 (Fri)- Extra Easy- Working 1-8pm.

Breakfast- 11am- 2 egg omlette, 2 Weetabix (HEXb) with 200ml skimmed milk (4/7 HEXa) and strawberries, raspberries and blueberries.

Lunch in work-2.30pm- Thai Mugshot.
Treat- Mini chocolate muffin (5 syns).

Tea in work- 6.30pm- Homemade chicken kiev (see yest- 2.5 syns for breadcrumbs). Jacket potato with stirfried veg and a little Worcestershire sauce. Fresh pineapple chunks and red grapes.

At home- 10.30pm- Nibble of freshly roasted chicken and a luscious lemon HIFI bar (6 syns).

Total syns 13.5

Did you drink that much Elle? Or did you start knocking em back after I left? Can't remember how many I had, but thank god for the burgers in a bun for sobering me up!!

Well once me and Lou had demolished the 2 bottles of sloe gin i had some vodka drinks and then moved onto Mojito cocktails - i didnt get any of the food :( so wasnt so 'fresh' the next day - !!!!

Week 45- Day 5 (Sat)- Extra Easy- Working 12-8pm.

Breakfast-10.30am- 3 egg omlette with mushrooms and 28g Mexicana cheese (HEXa).


Snack in work- 3pm- Kelloggs Fibre Plus dark choc/almond bar (HEXb). Some red grapes, some cherries and some strawberries.


Tea in work-6.30pm- Roast chicken breast (roasted a chicken prev night) salad, with mixed leaves, red onion, tomato, beetroot, a little balsamic vinegar (0.5 syns) and 2 tbspns XL salad cream (2 syns). With Asda sweet chilli/red pepper cottage cheese (1 syn). A small Activia fat free blueberry yogurt. Strawberries, sliced peach, red grapes, cherries and blueberries.

At home- 10.30pm- A bowl of mushy peas- yum yum!!

Semi skimmed milk in 2 coffees (0.5 syns).

Total syns 4

Breakfast-11am- 3 egg omlette with mushrooms and 28g Mexicana cheese (HEXa). A pear and some fresh pineapple chunks.

Snack lunchtime in work- 2.30pm- Kelloggs Fibre Plus dark choc/almond bar (HEXb). Some strawberries, red grapes, cherries and blueberries.

Tea in work- 6pm- Jacket potato with chopped seafood sticks in Asda reduced fat onion & garlic dip 2 tbspns (3 syns). With mixed leaves, tomato, spring onion, little balsamic vinegar (0.5 syns) and 2 tbspns XL salad cream (2 syns). The rest of my strawberries, red grapes, cherries and blueberries.

At home- 9pm- 1/2 tub Asda red pepper & sweet chilli cottage cheese (1 syn). Munched on a few chunks of raw carrot whilst making soup for tomorrow!

Total syns 6.5

Week 45- Day 7 (Mon)- Extra Easy- Day off (going to Cardiff for the day!)

Breakfast- 9am- 3 egg omlette with sliced mushroom and 28g Mexicana cheese (HEXa). A pear. A small Activia fat free strawberry yogurt.

Lunch in Cardiff- 2pm-Jamie Oliver's restaurant- Beef carpaccio salad (roasted beetroot, fennel, rocket, parmesan shavings, balsamic vinegar, olive oil) (est. 5 syns for parmesan, balsamic and little oil).

During WI- 6.30pm- Kelloggs Fibre Plus dark choc/almond bar (HEXb).

After WI-8.45pm- In pub- Penne pasta with meatballs and melted cheese (est 15 syns- complete guess actually!!)

Total estimated syns 20.

Total est. syns for week 64.5.

Great news on your loss hun!!!! Bet you are thrilled as you weren't really expecting a loss!

Thanks hun, I was thrilled BUT.... I would have been really really thrilled to get into that flamin' 11 stone range and say goodbye to the 12s forever!!!X
