Thanks hun, but famous last words I'm afraid! Went on a night out with work friends last night- well from 5pm to be precise, ended up with a late night curry involving lethal poppadoms with all the chutneys and today don't seem to have been able to eat anything SW friendly at all!! Actually finding it really hard to get back on track!! Tomorrow I have my nephew's 2nd Bday party and goodness knows what treats will be on offer there! So I'm gagging for Monday's WI so I can be inspired and draw a massive line underneath it all!! Goodness knows how many pounds will be on the scales!!!X

Hi hun, yes great time had in Spain, but I'm not a tanner, I have to fake it and pretend I've been sun-kissed!!! Maybe you've now read the above comment on getting back on track!! It's proven harder than I thought this time!! I hope I can get back into the Zone after Monday's class!! I'm panicking a bit if I'm honest!! Funny you should mention about the chickpea dahl! We have a brand new Asda in Swansea and I went there today and low and behold...no chickpea dahl!! But the ohter big store in Swansea does sell it! How's your Mum?XXX

Ooh dear, it's all been a bit disastrous!! For some reason I just haven't been able to pull it back after coming home from Spain last Wednesday and needless to say the 6 day binge has become a 12 day binge and as a result I have gained 5.5lb (in 2 weeks). I know I had fun, but it doesn't make me feel any less disappointed in myself! I worked hard to lose that very same 5.5lb before my holiday and it got me my 4 stone sticky AND got me down into the 11 stone range which was a massive thing for me! Now I've lost both, and more than that I seem to have lost my motivation!!

Never mind, tomorrow I'm going to wake up and have a completely fresh take on things! I'm going to stick to plan 100% and hopefully it will help me to carry on throughout the week- get me back into 'the zone' and once I'm in it, there's no stopping me!! Bring it on!! New food diary for week 50 starting tomorrow!!X

Yes yes yes we will Meli!!! We're in a similar situation this week aren't we!! Must be something in the air lol!! Let's devise a Meli-Hev plan of action!! Two 100% days where we stick TOTALLY to plan and meet you back 'ere to compare notes!! How does that sound?!XXXXXX

Hiya sweetie....that holiday weight will soon be off :)
I'm coping the best I can at moment, decorating every evening....looking after Pauls mum and getting ready for hols on 22nd then new job on 1st Nov
Got 3 meals out, 2 leaving parties in the next 3 weeks....roll on 1st as I know I can knuckle down and really get back on track 100%. Just feel I'm trying to limit damage at moment but better to do that than go off track completely I suppose.

Hope you well
xx

Yes chick, I think you've definitely got the right attitude!! If you can apply a damage limitation frame of mind during a busy and turbulent period then you're half way there! Just think what could be happening if you chose the 'blow it until it's all over' path! That could spell disaster! So I'm sure you'll be just fine and dandy!! And anyway, decorating is body magic surely!! Just think how smashing that house will look when you've worked your magic!! I'm very impressed indeed!! So where are you jetting off to this time?X
