Week 50- Day 7 (Mon)- Extra Easy- Day off.

Breakfast- 10am- 3 egg omlette with 42g Low Low cheddar (HEXa), ham and red onion. Some red and some green grapes.

Snack 2pm- 2 breadsticks (2 syns) with houmous (3 syns). A very small slice of chocolate cake (5 syns). Mince pie HIFI bar (HEXb).

After WI- Gammon, 2 fried eggs (2 syns), jacket potato with a little butter (3 syns). Peas.

Not much superfree today!!!

Total syns 15. Total for week 80.5.
 
Week 51- Day 1 (Tues)- Extra Easy- Working 12.30-8pm.

Brunch- 11am- 28g porridge (HEXb) made with water and 2 tbspns 0% Total yogurt with a grated apple and cinnamon. A banana.

Early afternoon in work- Thai Mugshot (0.5 syns). Activia fat free cherry yogurt.

Tea in work-6.30pm- Innocent Moroccan veg pot (6.5 syns). Blueberry Activia fat free yogurt. Strawberries, green and red grapes and blueberries.

At home- 9.30pm- 1 Scanbran (part HEXb) topped with 1 Laughing Cow light triangle, smoked salmon, cherry tomato, red onion and chilli powder. Plus 3 extra Laughing Cow lights (4/5 HEXa) Spent other 1/5 HEX on 50ml semi skimmed milk in 2 coffees.

Total syns 7. Syns left for week 63.

Brunch- 12 noon- Smoked peppered mackerel fillet 96g (3.5 syns) with salad- mixed leaves, cherry tomatoes, beetroot, spring onions, 28g Low Low grated cheddar (2/3 HEXa), balsamic vinegar and 1 tbspn XL salad cream (1 syn).

In work-5pm- Creamy cheese Mugshot (2 syns). Strawberries, blueberries, white grapes and red grapes.

At home- 9.30pm- A few bits of cold chicken. 28g porridge (HEXb) made with water with 2 tbspns 0% Total yogurt, sweetener topped with a grated apple and cinnamon.

Mug of white chocolate Options (2.5 syns).

2 cups of tea with milk (part HEXa).

Total syns 9. Syns left for week 54.

Forgot to say about porridge ideas.....now you've discovered the delights of cooking it in water and stiring in yogurt try adding an options sachet!!...so so good.
I have also swapped greek for fromage frais as its a fraction of the cost and when mixed with options and porridge its gorgeous :)

Had a lie-in!

12 noon- 3 egg omlette with cooked chicken, red onion, 42g Low Low cheddar (HEXa) and chilli powder. Activia fat free forest fruits yogurt.

Tea-6pm- Roast chicken, mashed swede, roasted butternut squash, steamed cabbage, carrots and green beans. 2 roast potatoes (4 syns) and a little gravy (2 syns).

9.30pm- The other 1/2 of the chocolate beetroot cake (1/2 HEXb plus 4 syns)

Total syns 14. Syns left for week 40.

Week 51- Day 4 (Fri)- Extra Easy- Working 7.30am-2pm.

Before work- 6.30am- 3 egg omlette with 42g Low Low cheddar (HEXa), ham and red onion.

Work break-11.30-A banana, red & green grapes, strawberries and blueberries with an Activia fat free strawberry yogurt.

3pm- Went to Costa after work and totally blew it by having a very innocent looking egg mayo sandwich and a naughty lemon cupcake!! Looking at similar things listed in the Directory I've estimated 20 syns for the sandwich minus 6 for 1 slice wholemeal bread (HEXb) plus 14 for the cupcake!!! 28 syns!! Whoopsyyyy!!

At home- 5.30pm- A roast chicken Mugshot (0.5 syns).

Sang in choir concert- OH DEAR is all I can say!! There was a lovely buffet put on for us and gorgeous little cakes.......say no more!!! Grrrrwwww why did I do it to myself?!!!

Flexisyn day me thinks!! An angelic weekend and simply hope for the best on Monday?!?!X

Ooohh, I'm gonna get me some of them! Are they classed as a HEX? Do you add sweetner to em too? I'm getting bored of cereal again, alwaes do when it starts to get chilly!

Yes, they are classed as a HEXb, but strictly speaking you should have a Ryvita or a Scanbran as well to make up the fibre element! I used to think you had to crumble one into the porridge, but I've discovered it's handy to wait until the evening and have one piled up with free (ish) things so it actually makes a proper snack!! Yes I do add sweetener to my porridge and as I said I now stir yogurt into it and usually put fruit in too!! I highly recommend a grated apple and cinnamon!X
 
Week 51- Day 5 (Sat)- Extra Easy- Working night shift.

Breakfast- 10.30- 28g porridge (HEXb) made with water, 0% Total yogurt mixed in and topped with a grated apple, cinnamon and sweetener.

2pm- Some leftover bits of cold chicken, a pot of Asda red pepper & sweet chilli cottage cheese (1 syn), some salad leaves. 1 Laughing Cow light triange (1 syn). A banana. A cherry Mullerlight.

6pm- 3- egg omlette with spring onion, ham and 42g Low Low cheddar (HEXa). A cold roast potato (2 syns).

Work break- midnight- A salmon fillet (panfried in Frylight at home) with a drizzle of maple syrup (1.5 syns) and stirfried vegetables. Red and green grapes, kiwi fruit, strawberries and blueberries. A strawberry Mullerlight.

Total syns 5.5.

Just checking up on you to make sure you are back on plan and have lots of superspeed stuff this weekend :) Stick to it and you will lose on Monday!
 
Week 51- Day 6 (Sun)- Extra Easy- Day off/sleep day.

In work- 5am- Spicy sweet n sour Mugshot.

After work- 9am- Tandoori Fridge Raiders (2.5 syns).

After waking up from post night shift sleep-

2.30pm- Mint choc HIFI bar (HEXb). An apple. An orange/choc sprinkles Mullerlight.

7.30pm- Spicy beef stew- stewing steak (lean), onion, garlic, carrots, parsnips, swede, celery, celeriac, mushrooms, red and green pepper, red chillies, bouquet garnis, splash red wine, beef stock (allow 1 syn for wine). 21g grated cheddar (1/2 HEXa).

A few blueberries and a couple of strawberries before eloping to bed.

Small amount of skimmed milk in 2 cups of tea (part HEXa).

Total syns 3.5.

Hey hun, awww thanks for keepin an eye on me!! I've needed it at certain points this week!! Actually it was only really yesterday- the run-in with the lemon cupcake in Costa started it (and won!!) and then it kind of set off a run of bad behaviour into the evening!! Bad move!! But I'm OK, have been a good girl yesterday, just finished a night shift this morning and looking forward to staying right on plan now! I don't know if I'll have got away with Friday's antics, but nothing I can do about it now apart from keeping syns low and as you say, going for lots of superspeed!! I take it you're right back on track now!! XXXXX

Lunch-1.30pm- 106g Peppered smoked mackerel (4 syns) with mixed leaves, cherry tomatoes, beetroot, spring onions, 21g Low Low cheddar (1/2 HEXa), balsamic vinegar, 1 tbspn XL salad cream (1 syn).

Before WI- 1 Scanbran (part HEXb) with 1 Laughing Cow light triangle (1/5 HEXa plus 0.5 syns) and Marmite. Cherry Mullerlight.

After WI- 8.30pm- Broccoli & stilton soup (made last week and frozen- 3 syns for stilton). A banana. Some strawberries. A vanilla/choc sprinkles Mullerlight.

2 Oreo cookies (5 syns!)

Total syns 13.5.
