no - seriously you have such different meals - makeral, porridge, fruits - my diary seems to be - Cereal bar, fruit, couscous, chicken - thats it!!! hah!

CB - i love that you have Weetabix EVERY day - i dont know how you eat the stuff!!!

Haha!! It's funny how people see you differently to how you see yourself innit!! I always think I should vary my food a bit more! Ahhh Clairey, nowt wrong with 'the bix'!! I love it, espesh with banana!! Just going through a porridge phase again at the moment! I'm sure I'll have another obsession before long!!X
 
I have an interesting evening meal tonight - homemade burgers SW chips all topped with chopped up tomatoes, mushrooms and seasoning!!! yum!!!

i am not overly inventive with food though!!! perhaps we should all do a menu for each other one day - and get the stuff and have it as our food for the day one time just to break our 'routine' ways!!!

You up for it? a bit like 'ready steady cook' - so we say what we have in our cupboards or fridges and then a recipe is built from there!!!?? xxx

Week 52 (WOW i can't believe I've been doing SW for a whole year next week!!) Day 1 (Tues)- Extra Easy- Day off.

5am- Woke up, couldn't get back to sleep- had 1/2 tin Green Giant sweetcorn. Went back to bed.

Had a lie-in as didn't get back off to sleep til 7.30am!
Brunch- 12 noon- Ate remaining 1/2 tin of sweetcorn! Mint Crunch HIFI bar (HEXb), a strawberry Mullerlight and some strawberries.

Mid afternoon snack-3pm- Spicy sweet n sour Mugshot. An orange and an apple.

Tea- 6.30pm- 4 smoked salmon & dill fishcakes with boiled basmati rice and steamed broccoli. (Fishcakes- mashed potato, smoked salmon, dill, lemon zest, low fat creme fraiche (1 syn), horseradish (1.5 syns), wholemeal breadcrumbs (5 syns) plus was naughty and nibbled some more bread (?5 syns).

Also made a chilli to keep dh fed for a couple of days while I'm away and being a greedy guts had some spoonfuls of this (free).

A few strawberries and some fresh pineapple chunks.

Total syns 12.5 (but didn't have my HEXa today!)

Week 52- Day 2 (Wed)- Extra Easy- Working 7.30am-3pm.

Before work 6.30am- 3 egg omlette with red onion and ham.

Work break 1- Strawberries and fresh pineapple chunks. A raspberry & cranberry Mullerlight.

Work break 2- Jacket potato with chilli-con-carne (made last night- extra lean minced beef, onion, garlic, carrot, celery, courgette, red and green pepper, 2 red and 1 green chillies, mushrooms, leek, fresh tomatoes, tinned tomatoes, tomato puree (0.5 syns), Morrisons kidney beans in chilli sauce).

1 Malteser (0.5 syns).

On way to Exeter- 4.30pm- 2 Weetabix Oatybars (HEXb plus 3.5 syns).

Tea- 7pm- Grilled whole trout with 2 small new potatoes, peas and spinach. A toffee Mullerlight.

10pm- Weight Watchers instant hot chocolate drink (2.5 syns).

Total syns 7. (Didn't have HEXa!!! Tut tut).

Week 52- Day 3 (Thurs)- Extra Easy- Day off.

Breakfast- 10am- Sachet of Oats So Simple (HEXb) with fat free natural yogurt stirred in, topped with a grated apple, cinnamon and sweetener.

At friend's house- 1 Borders Belgian choc chip cookie (3.5 syns).

Lunch- 2pm- In Boston Tea Party in Exeter- Jacket potato (no butter) with roasted vegetables (est 4 syns for olive oil).

Tea- 6.30pm- King prawn & veg risotto- (onion, celery, red pepper, mushrooms, garlic & tomatoes). With soy sauce. Fresh pineapple, mango and blueberries. A cherry Mullerlight.

Snack- 10pm- 1 Ryvita (part HEXb) with 14g Canadian cheddar (1/2 HEXa), sliced cherry tomato and a little caramelised red onion chutney (0.5 syns). 2 satsumas.

Skimmed milk in 2 coffees (< 1/2 HEXa).

Total syns 8.
 
Week 52- Day 4 (Fri)- Extra Easy- Day off.

Breakfast-9am- Sachet of Oats So Simple (HEXb) with fat free natural yogurt stirred in topped with a grated apple, cinnamon and sweetener.

Lunch in Wetherspoons- 1.15pm- 5 bean chilli with yellow basmati rice and tortilla chips (4.5 syns).

4pm- A banana.

6.30pm- A Weetabix Oatybar (3.5 syns).

9pm- Large tray of Morrisons fish sushi (3.5 syns).

11pm- A few forkfuls of chilli-con-carne (home made on Tues). 1 Scanbran (part HEXb) with 1 Laughing Cow light (part HEXa), sliced cherry tomato and chilli powder.

Milk in 2 coffees and 2 teas (part HEXa).

Total syns 11.5

Noticed that you've made BritMums Lentil and Spinach recipe from the recipes forum. Might try this out today too. Do you remember if you liked it or not?

Lunch- 1pm- A packet of Salt & Vinegar Ryvita Minis (HEXb) and a Weight Watchers vanilla yogurt.

Tea- 6pm- 2 smoked salmon & dill fishcakes- see Tuesday (3 syns for breadcrumbs) with stirfried vegetables (4 syns for olive oil!!). 2 satsumas and some red grapes. A Weight Watchers toffee yogurt.

10pm- A tomato & herb Mugshot.

Total syns 7.

Aww thanks Shell y!! And wow, check you out!! 26.5 lb in 3 months is incredible! That's over 2lb a week!! Hope you're enjoying it as much as I am!! Yes I have a lot of omlettes! I love them, especially with yummy gooey cheese in them!!!!X

Brekkie-10am- Bit of a strange one this- Leftover bowl of chilli-con-carne-(contains lots of veg) made earlier in the week, wanted to use it up!! (0.5 syns for tom puree).

Lunch in work- 3.30pm (yes I was late going to break!! Inconsiderate patients lol!) Thai Mugshot (0.5 syns) A banana.

5.30pm- 2 M&S honeycomb chocs (5 syns) and a few M&S salted pretzels (approx 4 syns).

At home-9.30pm- Smoked peppered mackerel 118g (4 syns) with salad- leaves, spring onion, green pepper, red chilli, grated carrot, beetroot, cherry tomatoes, balsamic vinegar and 1 tbspn xl salad cream (0.5 syns). An apple. An orange/choc sprinkles Mullerlight. Mint crunch HIFI bar (HEXb).

Milk in 3 coffees (Part HEXa).

Total syns 14.5.

Week 52- Day 7 (Mon)- My first anniversary of starting SW!!! Day off.

Brekkie- 8am- 3 seafood sticks and a banana!

Lunch- 1pm- Smoked peppered mackerel 119g (4.5 syns) with salad leaves, cherry tomatoes, green pepper, red chilli, spring onion, beetroot, grated carrot, balsamic vinegar and 1 tbspn xl salad cream (1 syn).

Before WI- 5.30pm- A chocolate orange HIFI bar (HEXb).

After WI- in pub- 9pm- Hunters chicken- chicken breast with bacon (?2 syns) and BBQ sauce (?4 syns) with jacket potato and pea. Had a little butter on JP (?3 syns). Then for the terrible part- Sticky toffee pudding and custard (I'm estimating 20 syns for this but who knows?!?!)

Total syns ?34.5!!! I think I've taken my 1 year SW anniversary celebrations a bit far!! Oh well, next week starts tomorrow! Better make it a perfect week!
