Week 53- Day 1 (Tues)- Red- Day off.

Missed breakfast!!

Lunch- 1.30pm- 28g porridge (HEXb1) made with water with 0% Total yogurt stirred in topped with a grated apple, cinnamon and sweetener.

4.30pm- A fried egg (Frylighted). A Kelloggs Fibre Plus dark choc/almond bar (HEXb2). Some red grapes.

8.30pm- Pan fried (Frylight) salmon fillet served with salad- green leaves, cherry tomatoes, spring onion, green pepper, red chilli, beetroot, grated carrot, 28g grated cheddar (HEXa) and 1 tbspn xl salad cream (1 syn). A toffee Weight Watchers yogurt.

Total syns 1.

Week 53- Day 2 (Wed)- Red- Working 7.30am-8pm.

Before work- 6.30am- 3 egg omlette with ham, red onion, mushroom and 28g cheddar (HEXa1).

Work break 1- 11.45am- Panfried (Frylight) salmon fillet with stirfried veg and a little teriyaki sauce (1.5 syns). A toffee Mullerlight, an apple, some red grapes.

3pm- Kelloggs Fibre Plus dark choc/almond bar (HEXb).

Work break 2- 6.45pm- Asda Good For You Chicken sizzler (chicken and roasted veg ready meal- 4.5 syns).

At home- 2 coffees with skimmed milk (part HEXa2) A vanilla Weight Watchers yogurt.

Total syns 6.

Week 53- Day 3 (Thurs)- Extra Easy- Working night 7.30pm-8am.

Had lie-in as on night shift tonight.

Lunch-12.30pm- Salmon fillet (panfried in Frylight)with stirfried veg and low fat sweet thai chilli supernoodles.

4pm- Snack- 6 seafood sticks and 5 Laughing Cow light triangles (HEXa).

Tea before work-6.30- Sachet of Dorset Cereals cranberry & raspberry fruity porridge (HEXb) made with water and fat free natural yog stirred in, with sweetener.

Work break -1am- 2 Tesco meat-free burgers (1 syn) with homemade savoury rice (basmati rice with mushrooms, red onion, red pepper, red chilli, tomato). With 1 tbspn sweet chilli sauce (2 syns). A vanilla/choc sprinkles/black cherry underlayer Mullerlight (2 syns).

A Celebrations Galaxy Truffle (2.5 syns).

Total syns 7.5.

Week 53- Day 4 (Fri)- Extra Easy- Night shift 7.30pm-8am.

After work 8.30am- An apple, 2 chopped kiwi fruit and red grapes. A Batchelors creamy cheese 'Cup-a-Pasta' (1.5 syns).

On waking up-5.30pm- A little of yesterday's savoury rice.

6.30pm- Sachet of Dorset Cereals cranberry & raspberry fruity porridge (HEXb) made with semi skimmed milk (part HEXa) topped with banana.

Work break- Beef stew (cooked and frozen 2 weeks ago)red wine content 1 syn) with homemade vegetable rice (see yest). A mandarin Mullerlight.

Milk in coffees (part HEXa).

Total syns 2.5.

What time do you normally come on MSN as I never see you online when I'm on? Mind you I normally go on at night.
 
Hi babe, to be honest I don't really go on MSN unless I know I want to talk to someone imparticular and kind of arrange it through facebook!! I'll catch up with you soon! I'm on nights at the mo so in zombieland!! 1 down, 2 to go and muggins 'ere went and put herself down for Sat night, which means working 13.5 hours instead of 12.5!! Duuuuhhh!! Hope you're OK!XXXX
