Getting into the 8's!

An 8 top 10 bottom I think. It's been so long I can't remember! I was a size 6 for a while and an 8 for ages but was 7.4-7.10 and I don't think that is likely or sensible. What about you?

I'm an 8 all over at the moment (8 10) but I reckon 8 7 and under I will be in my 6s. I've got a very petite frame with no real hips or bum so I will probably get into my 6 bottoms sooner than tops, the boobies never really go smaller than a 32D! X I'm still aiming for 7 12 but thinking that's quite unrealistic now! X

It's difficult to decide on a target weight 8.10 definitely for me - below that I'm not sure. When I was a 6 I did look thin looking back at photo size 8/10 is probably about right. I'm also 40 with 3 kids and don't want to go wrinkly if too thin!!!

Wrinkly isn't a good look! I'm quite happy at 8 10 as that was my initial goal when I dieted first time, I'd just like a bit of a buffer in case I go off the rails lol x

Yes I think 8.10 is probably ok - we'll see my skirt turned round all by itself today

As long as it don't go up to your ears then you'll be ok! X
 
Still 9.2 today :( why!!! I'm going to have to up the water and a bit of exercise I think.

Yes still fasting, there are some changes I can make though so just have to keep going! Clothes are loose so something is happening!!!

Perseverance is key I guess :) Your body shape must be changing if your clothes are looser.x
 
It's quite usual for me to get stuck for a while but that's when I end up cheating and going back to eating too much. I'm so determined now so I just need to keep going!

Maybe your body needs a junk fest to reset your metabolism? Like bodybuilders have their cheat meal? X
 
Lovehatecarbs I'm the same iv been stuck in a rutt for a while and can't shift the last few lb! Do you workout a good bit? I go to the gym 3 times a week and I go running I used to go twice a week but now just the once as someone told me maybe the prob was I was exercising too much. So I trained 4 days outa 7 last week and put on 0.5lb I'm so confused

It's tough isn't it - I can't exercise much I'm under strict instructions - but could be more consistent. Are you eating your exercise calories?

Going grand serena thanks and you? Only have 3lb to go but I recon itl take anotha few weeks as I just can't seem to shift it. Hopefully wi on tues will go ok as so far I'm doing the best I can and staying strong! But ya know yourself how the oul weekend can go a bit crazy but I'm determined I'm bit gona screw it up this weekend.

Slowly but surely is the best way :) Another 2lbs off for me now, still can't believe that I'm in the 8s, it's like a dream come true! X
