Tuesday catch up!
Hello all,
thought I'd do a little update,
food from today:
b- danio blueberry yoghurt (3 syns), raspberries, blueberries, melon, mango, strawberries
l- coronation chicken made up of ff Greek yoghurt, curry powder, chicken and mango chutney (4 syns) with a salad of lettuce, rocket, spring onion, cucumber, tomato, and a wholemeal roll (hex b)
s- milky bar ice Lolly (5 syns)
d- sw lemon chicken (4 syns), boiled rice, broccoli, green beans and babycorn
supper- babybel light, babybel guoda, yoghurt, raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, melon, mango
i have had 16 syns today but it really doesn't feel like it. Didn't realise the danio was that much until I checked just now, and same with the mango chutney.
Didnt manage to go to the gym today, my arms are still killing now, as is the top of my back. Hoping for a little rub later ;-) might be lucky and it will leave me less stiff.
But I did manage to buy some lovely new trainers and a new work out top
so fingers crossed ill manage to fit in the gym tomorrow.
The car is in for a service tomorrow so dropping it off at about 8.30. I'll try to walk mylo before that, and the garage is quite far our of town, so I'm going to walk into town, probably a few miles, and then I'll get the bus home.
Then my uncles dog is coming for a play date with mylo.
Tomorrows food plan:
B- fruit and yoghurt maybe?
l- maybe stuffed pepper, or some pasta?
d- turkey burger, sw chips, salad
not a big plan, but an idea, more than I had been having.
