Well done. Food sounds great & sounds like you're really focused this week. I'm trying really hard to get back on track after 5 days off plan so really hope I can be as good as you this week!
I've come to the conclusion that after a couple of days off plan (I've had several recently!) all you need is one good day, sticking to it 100% to get yourself back on track! After a few bad days I always tell myself that if I can just make it through 1 day then I will be able to get back on plan. Does that make any sense? Just force yourself through 1 day being good and the motivation will soon come back x
