Today I'm planning
Egg whites, half a wholemeal pitta, 2x protein bars, home made soup with loads of veg, lm sausages with bns and veg, hot choc, cottage cheese.

I'm trying to do it on my own for a bit, eating healthy, plenty of protein to keep me full, smaller portions and lots of exercise. Fingers crossed it will work! Xx

Hi, I'm actually doing the same as you, healthy eating. I'm trying to follow a book by Patrick Holford called Optimum Nutrition Made Easy. Fingers crossed for us both. Keep us posted how you are getting on :) x x x

Really hoping I can get down another few lbs by monday as I dojt understand how the 3lb on could be a true gain I didnt have a bad week so no idea how I could put that on. Anyway fingers crossed....
