Gobolino's Food Diary - converted to ww now!

Extreme cereal cravings here today!

I've eaten a fair amount of munchy seed granola by the spoonful before leaving for work and now have had a 57g bowl of oats too. I dont feel it but I must be stressed about something to be reverting back to cereal :(

Next week I plan to stay on plan all week, just need some tactics for next Monday!

Oi missus, you've done so well to get into that elusive 11 stone bracket... I don't want to see you hopping back into the 12 stone zone!

It looks like you're going a bit crazy because you've 'decided' yesterday was a bad day. Well, it wasn't, apart from those Belvita biscuits everything was right on track. Don't let it make you over-indulge for the rest of the week. I bet those Belvitas weren't even that nice! I mean, they'd be OK if they were a Hex but 11 SYNS? Jeepers.
Get yourself some strategies in place - why not make up a batch of SW quiche or something else that you can nibble on to distract yourself from the cereal on a morning? Or SW rice pudding (it makes you feel stuffed)? Line drawn, the rest of the week is going to be fabuloso :)

Oh thank you :) All that you are saying is right, I know. I think its partly that I struggle with actually succeeding and getting into the 11's was probably a big success for me and so self sabbotage kicks in. I know it sounds hugely daft!!! We'll see what the scales say tonight, fingers crossed :) Thanks for your help Suey!

Oh you can do it!!! It surprised me last week to get into the 11's and do you know why, its because I wasnt even thinking about it. I definitely think the more I try, the more I end up messing things up sometimes, so last week it happened because I wasnt thinking about it. I'll be surprised to be in the 11's this week though. At least I'll still go to class and will pull my socks up for next week :)

I gained 2.5 lb  I was given back my food diaries from when I had some good weeks so I'm analysing those for inspiration. I was honest with my group and explained that I feel that I get to Monday and Tuesday and run out of steam. It got me thinking that I also dont put quite so much effort into planning my Mondays and Tuesdays. So this week I'm sorting that out.

I'm going to put together a plan of things to concentrate on this week and get on and do it. Eg more variety, more water, no sneaky peaking etc. I hope to put this together tonight :)

Sounds like you've got a good consultant there who helps you and keeps your food diaries :)

Don't worry about the gain, I know you can shake it off this week if you plan plan plan like you will :)

Thanks! I just wanted to say its one thing getting into the 11's and quite another staying there - ha ha :)

I think being in class does make you question a gain a bit more in terms of what caused it, chatting it over made me realise that I really do need to plan a whole week (not just weds to sun).

Here are my goals for the week, some should be easy, others a bit more tricky. I've tried to analyse my diaries and have found that the number of days I'm less than 15 syns correlates with a loss (no real surprises there!) and the number of different healthy extras and SS foods I have the better the loss (generally). I'm going to keep track of these each day:

1. No sneaky peaking
2. More water to drink
3. Exercise 6/7 days
4. Syns less than 15 in 6/7 days
5. More than 20 portions of SS food over the week
6. More than 10 different healthy extras over the week
7. Plan and enjoy lovely meals (especially important for Monday and Tuesday).
8. No cereal bar multipacks!

Ok, I think that should do it!

This week I lost 3.5lbs, which I'm really pleased with. Will review my goals for the week but basically I had more variety in healthy extras, more water and kept to my syns for the week. I had gained 2.5 last week so I'm pleased to have that off and an extra pound :)

Here starts another good week !
