News flash! I managed to get some squashes :) I've been having no luck finding them in the supermarkets near me, then I just stumbled upon some in Budgens! Plus I think they were very reasonable too, just a £1 each.

I have a carnival squash and I think the other is a grey hubbard :) How exciting :D

2 ferrero rocher sw style (4syns) - these just didnt roll together even with double the nutella (carefully weighed out and no licking of spoons)so I threw the whole mixture rather than eat it.

I have to say the roast carnival squash was gorgeous! I roasted a whole one, in two halves and could only eat one of the halves, so I have the other one for lunch tomorrow -yum yum :)

Dinner:
Crown prince squash/pumpkin with light salad cream (0.5syn). Pineapple

Tea:
Scan bran (remaining HB) and cheese (HA)

Snacks:

Apple, banana, milk in tea (HA)

Total syns 4.5
 
I stayed the same.

I think I've sussed it, if I stick to plan I'll stay the same. If I stick to plan and go to 2 classes a week I lose a little. Right now for me, it seems I have to do a bit of both.

I'll be away for next weeks weigh in so fingers crossed by the following one, I'll nail that stone :)
 
I'm sure you will, you're doing such a good job. It's good you have worked out what it is that nets you a loss. What a shame that you can't escape exercising if you're having a week where you cba! I suppose because you don't have that much more to lose every ounce counts! Well done on the sts, you're soooo close to that stone - it must come soon!
 
Thanks Beegee! Dont get me wrong I have exercised this week with walks and just dance, but its doing the classes on top of that boost it, definitely. Absolutely it must come soon :)
