I'm excited about food again with having lots of variety in my healthy extras !
Here's today:
42g weetabix crunchy bran (HB), milk from HA (200ml, will have the rest in tea), raspberries

banana, 85g prunes (HB), highlights (2syns) with vlf fromage frais

Roast carnival squash (1syn for 5g cant believe its not butter light) and SW chips.
L/f nat yog and honey (1syn)

H/m Green thai curry with lots of green veg (6 syns for the coconut milk 12syns for a mini 165ml pot, so 6 syns for half!) and brown rice. OK, scrap that idea husband has come home so drunk that I'm not wasting my time doing a lovely tea. So I've had pasta n sauce, broccoli, spring onions and cheese (HA)

2 ferrero rocher sw style (4syns) - these just didnt roll together even with double the nutella (carefully weighed out and no licking of spoons)so I threw the whole mixture rather than eat it.

I have to say the roast carnival squash was gorgeous! I roasted a whole one, in two halves and could only eat one of the halves, so I have the other one for lunch tomorrow -yum yum
