T-spinach and feta canneloni (? this was the best option as we went out), jacket, plain salad

Friday - Green Day

B-raspberries, vlf fromage frais, ready brek (HB)

D-broccoli soup, pineapple

T-Red pepper risotto (5syns +HA for parmesan) and salad. Glass of wine (120ml 4syns). Lovely friday night meal :)

Snacks- banana, apple, grapefruit, pears, milk in tea (HA), krisprolls (HB)

Managing more walks througout the day, spoke to my boss and we've agreed I can split up my lunch break to get more walking time, in an attempt to manage the work stress.

I've enjoyed my food day :)
 
Time for a syns review and I'm not looking forward to this one, compared to last weeks (especially since eating out on two nights of the week so far) ;)

Plans for the rest of the week:
sat&sun: on plan, more exercise than norm
mon: most important day of the week to banish any negative self talk.... must plan lovely food for monday too
tues: same as mon and fingers crossed for weigh in
 
Thank you, you're right its not so bad, the key is to keep going. I do still have to plan something nice (its one thing to say I'll plan something, its another actually doing it -he he), keep you posted.

I made a bit of a mistake today, I made a lovely cappucinno/christmas choca mocha mix to give as christmas presents. Foolishly I tried it and it was lovely, then I had two more throughout the evening, then I worked out the syns.......oooops 5 each!

Anyway, its done and dusted now, plus I've managed to work out a different recipe to cut the syns to 3. To be fair I think 5 is fine if you only have one cup now and again.

Saturdays menu:
B- ready brek, milk, 2 pears, raspberries (HA HB)

D-pasta n sauce (1/2syn), broccoli, gouda (HA), strawberries, hot chocolate (4syns)

T-Jacket, mixed bean chilli, large salad.

snacks- banana, homemade wholemeal bread (HB+9syns), homemade christmas chocca mocha drink (15syns)

28.5 syns

Plan for Sunday -possibly will change to extra easy to include some fish or I may have fish for my healthy extras.... we'll see

B-fruit (raspberries, apple, pear)
D-roast veggies and bisto (2syns)
T-salad of some sort (egg or cheese or both)
sn-1 or 2HA's, 1 or 2HB's

I gained a pound tonight at class. 3 main culprits:
*lack of exercise classes and dog walking (looking to find a good head torch so I feel safe going out in the dark mornings)
*homemade bread taken as healthy extra on the weekend (ie cheating!)
*thought there was third reason, but I'm still thinking on that one.

I think the exercise is key, this is what has got to change this week, to make a difference :) !

Had a really bad wednesday and also our computer is completely broken so I wont be able to get on here apart from during lunch time in work (which is difficult!). So, I'll be back when we have a new computer :wave_cry:
 
Hope you're back soon. I'd be counting that bread as a hex too. My problem would be not wolfing a weeks worth of hex's in one sitting - homemade bread is the best, I couldn't even have it in the house tbh!! Hope your week is going well x
 
Hello all. I'm back and have a new computer, our other one had died completely! Its a relief to be back online though, especially as we use skype to keep in touch with family.

Off to weigh in in a few mins. I gained 1lb the week before last and 3lb last week so I'm hoping for a loss (any loss :) ).

I managed to lose 2lb at last weigh in and fingers crossed for a weight loss at this one !!!!
 
Thanks Teresa. Well today has gone well. Lots of body magic tidying the house, literally all day (something I dont usually have much time to do)....

Syns: 15.5 in total.... 125ml light banrock station 2.5syns x 2= 5syns, options white choc (3syns), 3 poppy seed crackers (3syns), h/m cappuccino (4syns), chilli jam (1/2syn)

Will update tomorrow, on plan during the day and then going to our neighbours for cheese and wine (not on plan).

Here's a possibly plan:
breakfast: beans, eggs and tomatoes

dinner: broccoli and stilton (HA) soup, wholemeal bread (HB)
snacks: milky coffee (HA)
tea: cheese and wine (syns)
 
I've woken up with a bit of a cold today, so I'm not feeling like doing the just dance that I planned on (while hubby goes to the pub with neighbours for one). But, we have been for a 40min walk which was nice :)

Today is definitely going to be chilled out but not going off the rails. Food plans have changed.....

Breakfast- 2 pancakes (4syns each according to the sw website, not sure if this accounts for them being in fry light rather than oil? Maybe will say 3.5syns each=7syns), banana, maple syrup (1syn), 2 weetabix (HB), milk (HA)

Snacks- clementines and pineapple

Dinner- sainsburys curry (channa massala 4.5syns), rice, chopped cucumber, tomato and onion. 1 poppadom (2syns), mango chutney (1syn) Vlf fromage frais with options white hot choc and tsp mincemeat (3syns).

Snacks- h/m cappuccino (4 syns), possibly veg soup before we head out

Tea- cheese and wine (as planned, using HA, HB and syns)

I'm going to try for another long walk later too, see if hubby is up for a walk later :)

EDIT-well today is looking fairly synful even though I've not had any alcohol, chocolates or christmassy stuff at all. Oh well just need to do the best I can for the rest of the day.

All in all a more synful day that you would have planned, but still not half as bad foodwise as it could have been :)
