Gobolino's Food Diary - converted to ww now!

Thanks!!!! I've super proud of myself as I was left on my own for a couple of hours (unsupervised!!!) tonight too :)
 
Todays menu:

B- oats, milk, yog, raspberries (HA HB 1syn)

sn- apples, banana, yellow plums, grapes

D- pasta and roasted veg (1/2HB for 4g olive oil, 1/2HB for 35g light philli).

T- pasta n sauce with broccoli, courgette, parsley and peas with cheese (HA)

pud-raspberries, meringue nest (2.5syns), philli light 30g (3syns), yog (1syn): 6.5syns

pud 2-200ml milk and 1 tsp vanilla sugar (3syns)

Total10.5syns
Wii fit 25mins


Phew its looking like a good day!

Disaster, jambalaya stack, 1 fruit and nut choc ice (12syns), 2 bountys (26syns)....... grrrrr weigh in wont be great tomorrow night! Oh well, I'll go and then I'll drawn a BIG line, in big thick permanent marker.

I dont think swapping classes and missing classes is helping me right now, when I'm back from hols I'll need to stick to one class, probably a monday night.
 
Ooh it may be a disaster but it all sounds blooming yummy! Where are you going on holiday you lucky thing? Maybe if you just enjoy yourself on holiday and draw the line when you get back you may find your mojo comes back with a vengeance.

Well I’ve had far too many bountys, had a harvester and a curry last night too. I didn’t go to class as I realised that I’d booked this week off anyway (as I couldn’t make Monday or Tuesday). I’ve not been doing so well since not having a regular class, so far the scales are saying a 2lb+ gain, so I’m aiming to come back off hols and officially stay the same. It is that time of the month soon too, so that may be why bountys are featuring heavily in my food intake!

I’ve come to realise that I like being someone who can eat what I want but also I like it much better when I can be the person who’s happy with what they are eating and feel more in control J
 
Tomorrow wasnt so good either :rolleyes: I'm on holidays now, so we'll see the damage (or hopefully lack of damage) when I'm back :)

Well I did pretty well on hols, been back for a couple of days manic visiting family with lots of meals out. Also since being back my hubby has found out he has a new job and we're moving (all I can do today is eat eat eat!). Very exciting stuff :) We're off to the neighbours for wine and cheese tonight and then I'll be back to SW big time tomorrow :) :) :)

Looking forward to being back on plan and catching up with all minimins action !!!
 
Hey - welcome back! Glad to hear that you had good holidays and how fab about hubby's job! Do you have to go far or move further away from family and is it somewhere you want to go to?! Exciting times for you ahead that's for sure. I don't blame you for eating like crazy but I'll be looking forward to reading your diary from tomorrow when you're back to it ;):).
 
Oh yes, its very exciting. Its not far (3miles max) and it'll be a lovely place. I cant wait, even though I love where we are too!

I'm doing rubbish at the moment, bit worried about tummy pains (like period pain) and trying to make a dr appt is like getting blood out of a stone. I'm worried :(

Anyway, here's my day so far:

:bighug:Oh poor you, I do hate having medical things to worry about. I'm an absolute shocker with fearing the worst, I can't have an ache anywhere without assuming it's terminal. Hope you get an appt and some reassurance very soon. Don't worry about food in the meantime, just do what you need to do to get through.

Ah thanks for the hug Beegee (I love that big hug!), I couldnt get an appt till the end of the month but Ill see how it goes the next few days and then decide about maybe working from home so I'm able to go for an appt sooner. Worrying is rubbish isnt it! I'm trying not to.

In other news I gained 3.5lb- I do know where I've gone wrong though and class tonight was really really good so I'm feeling fired up. So fired up that I did an immediate shop in Aldi to get loads of great foods :)
 
Blimey - end of the month??? That's awful! I hope you can change your doctors when you move house.

Well done on coming away from group all motivated, I'll be watching your progress with interest!
 
Ok, here's my day on plan:

Tuesday 6th March
B-porridge (HB), milk (HA) and forest fruits
D-large salad and cottage cheese and jacket potato
T- sw wedges, cheese (HB), salad. 125g YooMoo frozen yog (8syns)
Sn-banana, apple, grapes, pear

Wednesday 7th March
B- free breakfast
D- Out for lunch: veg soup with smoked salmon (syns), soft cheese (HA), brown bread (HB HB)
T- free tea !!

OMG !!!! I tried this today, wow wow wow :) It was gorgeous! 8 syns for 125g which was a great portion...... its only £2 a tub in tesco too.

Ooh that looks interesting ... I've got Tesco coming later on in the week I may add it to my order. Do they do any other flavours?
 
They do have other flavours! Nakedmoo - which is just yoghurt and Devilmoo-which has chocolate in it :)
