Tomorrows menu:

B- handful of left over SW potato wedges

sn-forest fruits and yog, apple, kiwi, pineapple

D-Rice, cottage cheese, tomato, cucumber, onion

T-Valentines cheese night (all weighed and measured) HA HA cheese, HB cheese, HB scan bran, crackers syns, chilli jam syns, sliced tomato and cucumber and grapes :)
 
Goals for this week:

More: wii fit, walking, exercise in general, water, superfree
Less: syns! (want to stick to less than 10 per day or less than 10 average per day)
 
PS so fed up tonight, we had a take-away (chickpea curry and peshwari naan :))..... it was meant to be a target celebratory curry!
 
So far so good for today:

Hiya, just catching up with you - I'm forgetting you weigh on a monday now! Well, what can I say apart from - BIG BOO to sts. Goodness, how frustrating for you when you'd decided to make the call. I agree that you should do it on a loss as it would be a bit of a damp squib otherwise.

Thank goodness that you've picked yourself up again and got yourself straight back to plan without a hitch. Surely next week your sterling efforts will be rewarded??! I am tying myself up in knots crossing everything for you and hoping for a good result. Have a fab week, it sounds as though you're off to a great start x

Had a good class last night and realised that I have changed in quite a few good ways, especially in not throwing the towel in after a bad day. Our temp consultant asked everyone to put their hands up if they'd think that they've wrecked their week after a night/day off plan (most people put their hands up), I realise that I've changed and dont do this anymore :)

Ok here's the final round up of my day, after rejigging my A's B's and syns:

B potato, berries, yog (1syn)

sn-apple, kiwis, milk in tea (1/2HA)

D-rice, tom, cu, cottage cheese

T- 2 ounces of cheese (HA HB), 35g philli light (1/2HB), 3 scan bran (1/2HB), 5 poppy seed crackers (5syns), 2 digestives (7syns), 15g choc philli (2syns), wine (4syns), coffee with remaining HA (5syns), chilli jam (1syn), branston pickle (1syn)

Synfest 26 syns. Writing it down I now realise if I'd not had wine and coffee I'd be in a better place, however I'm enjoying a night of yummies with hubby!

Here's the weeks plan:
tues 26 (valentines yummies)
weds, thurs, fri 5 each
sat 29 (visitors on the weekend)
sun, mon 5 each
 
:cry::cry::cry: What I was saying yesterday about being able to put a bad day behind me......... I was wrong!

Today I had a couple of mrs crimbles coconut macaroons in work (18 syns!) and now I've come home and attacked the choc philli (at least 60g = 8syns) with a couple of digestives (7syns).

What is going wrong with me ???!!! I dont know why I'm like this all of a sudden.

Here's the rest of my day
B- pancakes (oats HB, yog 1.5syns, 2 eggs) with forest fruits and cinnamon

D-jacket potato with broccoli and light philli (HA)

T-stir fry

sn- apple, pineapple, bear nibbles (HB), milk in tea (HA)

Syns - loads ! Literally I think I've had more than my weekly allowance in the last 3 days alone, plus we have people coming to stay for the weekend. I'm not sure if I can get to mondays class next week and need to find an early evening class later in the week....... my hopes of calling target are failing dismally!

Must get a grip :D:D:D
 
Grrrr now I just feel like eating cereal for tea or toast with marmalade, rather than the stir fry I'd planned. Maybe I'll have a cuppa tea and think about my options first !!!!

I feel like I need to do alot of talking to myself right now, so excuse the random diary entries!
 
Chat away chick - do what you need to do! Chips sound good and a perfect solution to the need to have something 'naughty'! You'll get your mojo back - don't stress about it, you'll get there x
 
He he - thank you :D I'm a bit calmer now! I've been to Sainsburys, stocked up on their lovely basic fruit and treated myself to a magazine. Need an early night and destress (good idea)!
 
So far, I'm on plan and its RED (edit - not red!)

B- porridge HB, HA

sn- strawberries, grapefruit, melon, pear, blueberries, pineapple, apple (all in a fruit salad), banana

D- tuna and egg, 10g light salad cream (1syn), 3 scan bran (part HB), salad. Apple

T- noodles stir fry...... the one that I didnt have yesterday! With waterchestnuts, bamboo shoots and beansprouts too :)

sn- 2 mini gingerbread men (48calories each --> 5syns in total), 2 coffees (10syns), meringue nest (2syns), yog, strawberries

Forgot to say, I managed to get up early to Wii today too!

Super speedy week planned after a weekend of slight excess (due to visitors).

Hope to keep the motivation going from Monday through to Friday. Things to help me:
* early morning wii
* lots of speedy foods
* lots of water
* weigh in on thurs (fingers crossed!)
 
Good luck with speedy week! Will be interested to hear how it goes as it really is the sort of thing I should be doing (but I can't quite be ars*d!)
 
I'm away at the end of the week so I thought a good monday to friday challenge would be good but as per usual I'm pushed myself into rebellion mode, so I might revise my plans! Possibly a cant be ars*d plan would work better for me too :)

I am so hungry today, still on plan but only by the skin of my teeth:

B- cheese sandwich (HB HA + 5syns (2 for extra bread and 3 for flora buttery), rocket and tomato

sn- yellow plums, apples, milk in tea (part HA)

D- baked beans, bought sandwich 302 calories (15 syns take away 6syns for wholemeal bread = 9 syns)

syns so far = 14

Why oh why have I eaten all my A's and B's so early! I'm home alone tonight and it would have been great to have had more food to play with..... oh well I'll need to revise the plans yet again!!!!

T- Pasta n sauce with broccoli, courgette, rocket and parsley, with 23g light cathedral city (3.5syns). A small coffee (3.5syns). Melon

Total so far 21syns.....

Ok latest plan is just to keep counting! I have been hugely hungry today and sometimes you just cant predict that. I'm not making excuses for myself (well maybe I am!) but when you eat the potato wedges that you've cooked for dinner at more like breakfast time then the day that follows is always going to be a struggle!

I'm in a very hungry and snacky mood, so the evening is going to be very trying. I dont think my head is in the right place either. I think I need to concentrate on the fact that I'll be going to class on thurs night and want to call target!!!!!
 
Ok, I feel I've calmed down a bit now! I need to stop panicking and keep a bit of perspective on things...... no big claims that Ill do this that or the other, I just need to follow the plan (anything more is a bonus). Follow the plan and be rewarded with a loss - that is the plan :D
 
Woop woop - I'm pleased to report I've turned my day around :)

I've just sat down to my pud - canteloup melon and grapes. Hooray!

No more synnage for the day and I'm on track to have downed 3 litres of water too.
