for your SW chips, which potato is it?
i use baking potato, i know online said Edward or Desired. but it is too much and i prefer small normal potato to suit me instead waste lot.

i hope my Baking potato or white potato is ok for SW chip or it cause me weight up due to incorrect potato.
 
Nk2015 you can use any potatoes :)

Lol.. Yeah any potatoes are fine, the names are just varieties and certain ones are said to be better for chips/roasting/mashing that's why you may see them names at times that's all :)

I'm really not feeling it today....whatsoever :( It's only about the 3rd time since I began my journey that I've felt like this. Maybe I'm just tired or a bit rundown, but I just feel like having a big burger and fries from Burger King followed by a BIG cream cake!..lol... I keep looking in the fridge,freezer and cupboards of what to do tonight and just can't see anything I fancy. I'm still also toying with the idea of turning today into a EESP day too :confused:

Oh well.... Maybe I should just knock something up and be done with it, I'll only feel more down and annoyed at myself if I STS or gain on Friday.
 
You're right...stick to it, even if it's not the most delicious meal in the world, it's better than the guilt and what ifs!!! And use some syns to have a little something yummy after!
 
Lol Gemsta I've just put such a similar post on another thread. I'm really not feeling it today either. I'm tired and I think I'm fighting off my sons cold and all I want is high fat high sugar stodge!!

It doesn't help that I really really need to be good so I have enough syns to cover my fortnightly curry out with friends, which is tonight. In which I will also have to be good in my choices and portion sizes to stay within the flexisyns I usually allocate (23).

What can we do to keep ourselves motivated?!
 
Jellybean yes definitely, I know if I have a blow out now, plus curry tonight, I will kick myself if I STS or gain, and spend the rest of the week worrying about weigh in and trying to make up for it.
 
Thanks girls...I'm gonna do myself a nice salmon salad and turn it into a SP day. Going to have another tomorrow. I went upstairs after posting to sort out a bag I had in my wardrobe (some close friends of ours had a little boy last night and I wanted to remind myself of what I'd brought for his arrival...lol..) and came across the few bags of clothes I've brought in preparation for my holiday and that has reminded me how far I've come. So went and on google and found this.

Well I didn't manage a hotter curry (I can't do too spicy lol) but I did keep to my usual menu (23 syns) and didn't give in to my sugar cravings today, so quite proud of myself lol
 
Welldone getting over the not feeling it mood.
This will happen lots unfortunately through your journey, but keep doing things to distract you will keep you on the straight and narrow and remember if you do fall off wagon for a day then remember that you are only human and its one day out of a year so its not a disaster and you can always claw it back the next day etc :) xx

I found as I got closer to target I put so much pressure on myself hence why im not weighing just now.
Spoke to my Gran last night who told me id lost weight from week before when I seen her and she said much did you lose at your class, she was impressed when she found out iv not been going since September and managing on my own now she thought I kept going all this time, so I am glad I don't seem to have gained that much and it seems be coming off not bad again for what I did gain :) x

I'm feeling ok 'mentally' today, just shattered not sure but I think I may have somehow pulled a muscle/s in my chest (well I'm hoping!) came on quite sudden last night so I'm taking it easy until the doctors later. I'm hungry again now, but will wait until Ray is home and get him to make the tea..lol..
 
Anti-inflammatory tablets and rest for a few days...was as I thought...muscle related. Thanks for asking :)

Made a nice 'cheesecake' for myself - 9 syns (4 for WW Choc Chip Biscuits for base, 2 Options Fudge Sachet & 3 for Benefit Bar) Quark and strawberries

Total Syns -14 syns
(Over Week) - 97 from a max. of 105) saving of 8 syns..lol.. not bad considering eating out at friends and wine Saturday night! :)
