Going it alone...so my diary and you I hope become my group! :)

baking potato is high carb, how can we make sure it is healthy and low gi and avoid bloat? in past i eat it with cheese n baked bean and ofren bloat and cant eat whole day! i think i am doing wrong, please advice. tomorrow mum will pop the baking potato in oven for dinner. so i want buy something to help me less bloat and easy to digest instead whole night awake heavy stomach.

(Over Week) - 95.5 from a max. of 105)

I like the sound of the cheesecake, ill have to give it a try!

There is nothing you can do to alter a potatoes structure. A potato is what it is. You need to have it with something else like tuna or just the cheese and salad or just don't eat them at all if your finding even a small one makes you feel bloated. SW works because of the range of foods you eat and as I've said before your better off on this diet if you eat little and often rather than just once a day because the food type fills you up.

I have a picture that I was going to upload to my diary of it. Was easy enough to do. Crush the biscuits and sprinkle into a dish, Mix the sachet with the quark and top the biscuit and chill. Once ready for it I melted the cereal bar in the mic for 20 seconds so it went very soft and seperated and dropped it all over the top and decorated with a strawberry :) Will add the picture to the original diary entry now.

Morning all! I did not get up to 11.30..lol.. But I was up at 2.30 until 5.30 this morning..I could not sleep.

So weigh in day...and I lost 1lb so that is my 3 and a half stone award now :)

Hi Gemsta. Just popped in to read through your diary. I had seen earlier that you had reached 3.1/2 stone and though how great you were doing.

I am going to try your sw Kebab and potatoes when I get back from looking after the grandkids next week.

I would like to pop in now and then - hope that ok with you, I find your food interesting,.

I am going to try your kebab with 250g mince. just need to get the spices. Mince out of freezer so will be doing it in the morning. Will let you know,
 
I love to do mine of the morning and then cover it and let the spices do there stuff...always tastes better to me when I make it earlier. I'm having the leftovers from ours the other night as part of my lunch today :)

Hopefully off to see our friends today who had a little boy Tuesday night...can't wait for a munch! But need to pop and get some bits first, I've already brought him a outfit, but want to get sommat else and a teddy for him. I'll also need to get something for their other little boy so he don't feel left out :) Flowers and wine for the new Mummy and Daddy and I need to get flowers or something for my Mom for tomorrow too. Trouble is, will I be able to resist stuff for me in Matalan!...lol..

Back from shopping for our friends newborn. I got the cutest teddy with comforter attached, 3 all in one dinosaur suits and a mickey mouse tracksuit for the baby to go with another all in one and jacket set I got while she was still pregnant and Lego monster truck for their other son :)

And I was fairly good... just 4 new tops off the sales rack for my hols...all size 12 :D
 
I have done that TDQ. I've never been one for shopping much, but I do enjoy it now!...lol..Going from a 22 to a 12. I sold all my bigger stuff on ebay and have put the money aside towards my new holiday clothes. Wait until you can treat yourself to new stuff...makes you feel amazing! :)
