Not sure what was wrong with me yesterday... After I had my lunch I was permanently hungry!? Not sure if it was not having breakfast, boredom or a mixture of both. No harm done though hopefully as I just grazed on fruit to fend it off.

Doner kebab was yummy, I don't like hot things but made the chilli sauce too for my other half and he loved it :)

I used beef this time as I couldn't get extra lean minced lamb, but I'm going to try the lamb next time :)
 
Glad you liked it! I'm quite happy to use the beef for us, but I will make it with lamb one day just to see if it's any better. I've never been able to find the 5% lamb mince either so think I will just have to get a butcher to mince some lean lamb steaks for me or syn a fattier % mince

Thanks TraceyH! Welcome to my diary... I still have a way to go yet and just take it a day at a time just like everyone else I guess :)

Jelly bean... My spin on I guess Oxo Roasters. I par boil the tatters for about 6-10 mins, drain and shake well then add to a well Fry Light sprayed roasting tin, spraying again all over the tatters, shove them in the oven at about 180. After about 20 minutes make up a stock cube (I prefer the chicken one myself) adding about 150ml of water then pour in the tray over and around the potatoes and season with salt and pepper. Put back in oven until golden brown and cooked. The potatoes absorb some of the liquid and where it catches the tray gives a lovely flavorsome crunchy edges.

i though cadbury higlight is FREE no syns so i bought 10 sachets!
are you sure? please clarify for me. i love chocolate orange and will buy it tomorrow with syn!

i never feel hungry and have late breakfast till 11am. what u do if you are not hungry but have to eat. today have a all bran golden crunch, mixed frozen berries, libertate greek yogurt 0% fat free. a bit of almond milk.


dinner was 3 egg omelette with lot veggies in , baked bean and cucumber. i feel so full even 3 hour pass now! what went wrong? overeating?
 
4 hour pass, still feel bloat and heavy and feel want take gavison, as i can feel stomach bigger than usually,
 
Nk2015, eggs can make me feel bloated... Could it be that? And sometimes beans actually! Xx
 
And Gemsta will def be trying that out!!! Although doing a week of eesp, so it'll have to wait a while!
 
Im afraid they are not free chick. The Cadbury sachets are all mostly. 2 syns each. I stick to options Belgian ones as most of them are 1.5 syns.
 
you should only eat until your content, if you've had a big meal and are still full some hours later then dont have anything. remember you are better off eating little and often then having one massive meal a day as such as your metabolism will slow down and the weight will be harder to shift. try having smaller portions??
