Going it alone...so my diary and you I hope become my group! :)

today i gain 1 kg in one day! cos i can see stomach

stomach bigger no flat (still same as yesterday) bloat, i follow th ebooklet 3 eggs, so that is why i have to eat whole no waste. along with baked bean. so today i drank hot water with lemon (from tesco fresh lemon and cut in half and squeeze both). still no hunger whole day still full. will try eat smaller size as usually 1 egg enough for me.

I think you need to remember that our weight fluctuates throughout the day let alone the week...lol.. Also Slimming World does tend to be aimed at people with larger appetites hence the terminology they use a lot such as ''fill your plate''...and a ''huge bowl'' and such like. Just remember its about you and if you'd only usually have a 1 egg omelet than just have a 1 egg omelet, little and often is better than 1 meal a day!

Thanks Kirsty... I'm lucky I don't get one of those days very often!..lol.. I had one of them last Friday and it was a nightmare!

I'm having a hungry day too today. I think I'm coming down with my son's cold as although it hasn't hit yet I'm freezing cold and feeling knackered. I want my bed and packet of biscuits! Or a box of chocolates lol. I've scratched my itch with a Cadbury's Wispa (10.5 syns) which has helped. But there is birthday chocolate cake at home calling to me so it might be a high-syn sort of day :D We'll see. I may manage to resist lol

Hopefully you can Clair! They do say feed a cold...lol.. But as nice as chocolate cake may taste amazing think of the guilt after..lol.. My other half opened a box of Ferreo Roche last night (Git!..lol..) but I was good and used a few syns on a Kinder Bar..not as nice, but wayyyyy less guilt ridden!

Urrgghh I hate guilt it's so unfair lol, it whispers nooo it's fine don't feel guilty you can make up for it later....lulls you into a false sense of security and then wham!

I might have to give the cake to my Mum just to get it out of my house lol, then have dinner bath and bed so I have no time to snack!

Sounds like a plan Clair! ;)

I love 'em to Bubbly and it took a bit to refuse!..lol..

Welcome TDQ! I love it here at Minis, it will be great support for your journey and good luck with it :)

Thanks Kirsty... last night was under average I usually do between 10-12 miles when at work :)

I'm a night crew supervisor for Waitrose. We work the main bulk of the load that arrives to the shelves and prepare the store for opening the next morning, so I can wrack the miles up depending on the area I'm working in :)

Made this lovely Frittata for tea... was very filling and will do it again for sure :)

This was for 2 of us but would serve 4 with some salad or beans/spaghetti etc

I used
I chicken breast (cooked it up)
3 bacon rashers cut up (fat removed)
2 sw sausages (cooked sliced in half and cut up)
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 red onion
8 spring onions
8-10 mushrooms
handful of frozen peas
salt and pepper
frylight
8-10 eggs depending on there size
dried parsley

Spray a large oven proof dish with frylight. Add all of your ingredients chopped up into the dish season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with some parsley. Beat up the eggs and pour over the ingredients and top with some more parsley. Cook in a preheated oven on 160 until cooked through.
