Wow Han my head is spinnining with all that UUD,DDU I have trouble remebering what day it is nevermind whether I am supposed to be eating, too complicated for me lol. I am sure your hormones are playing a part in your flucuations thios week hun, push on through it and hopefully it will all seetle down, can't really advise on when to weigh cos I can't really take it in lol xx
 
I agree that you might need a different weigh in day, & there are other influences, you're experimenting with what works for you so it may be a bit topsy turvy for a abit .. hoping for better losses x x x
 
Looking forward to seeing how this plan is working for you, seems much easier than a day on a day off..... hope you manage to sort out a WI day soon...
 
It sounds really complicated but when you actually do it its not so bad.

I'm not sure how to do the weigh in.. I know my scales are s00per accurate (very expensive withings wifi scales!) I'm just guessing its a combination of IBS (my bowels go very slow on juddd) and the fact i've been on a period for well over a week... gah... I'm more annoyed that totm is being an arse than losing the weight. I know I can cope on Juddd and I'll make adjustments as I go. Even if it takes me a few years to shed the weight, maybe thats better cause I'll keep it off.

I fasted all but having a slice of gateaux last night at 190 calories... my mum was back from hols, so everyone had a chippy :( i nabbed some of the gateaux they had for afters (when I saw it wasn't too many calories) :p

My mum got me a big massive bag of chocolate minis from the duty free in birmingham so I'll be having some of them tonight with a home made pizza (got my fancy stoneware thing today from the pampered chef event so i have to put it to good use!!)

oh and i won't have the slightest bit of guilt! Hurrah. And i'll post picttuuuurrres :)

My cars in for a service as i'm typing this, and I paid off all 380 odd pound insurance upfront this year, so I'll be super broke til the end of the month. :(
 
You sounds positive :D It feels wrong that I want to see pictures, I'm on a double down as a trial!

I will join youo in the super broke club :( just paid out my MOT & Service = £420!! and the rest of my money will go to holiday spending! Luckily I'm getting the holiday as a 21st present :p
 
Yay...home-made pizza. That makes two of us making it today then. :p Enjoy! The stoneware thing...is that like a baking stone for the oven? Sounds interesting.

Yeah its a stone slate thing, like a baking tray. Its meant to be great for cooking everything, especially pizza. :)

I'll take a picture of it when I get home and get using it
 
mine just passed on tires.. but I have been warned to change them by November... I'll be poor next month too hahaa ohhh dear
 
I got 2 new tires on the service, and he said the other 2 will need done in another 2-3k miles. So i'll get em before winter. I checked my last mot cert (they put the miles on the clock on your cert) and it seems like I only did about 2.5k miles last year!!! Crazy.

I also made pizza and it was the best pizza i've had in my life. Took a bit of experimentation with the stoneware, messed it up first time but got it perfect last night!

Do you feel that the split days are still working for u? I think I could prob stick to that easier than actual days with work etc xx
 
Yeah they're working fine food wise. I can't comment on weight wise just cause i've had retention problems lately, but it really can't be that much different as its still 3 x 24 hr down and 4 x 24 hour up.

Mentally its a whole heap easier. Plus the way it works is my weekend up starts on friday night and ends on sunday lunch. I never do anything on a sunday evening, it works far better having friday evening!

I might still swap round depending on whats happening in the coming weeks, but this week I'm definitely doing the split days.
 
The losses are looking good..... might be worth a try if my 4 DDs and 3 UDs dont work this week.
