Was starting to lose heart and wondering if juddd was working for me, but I'm glad I kept plodding on. Had a fantastic nsv this weekend, unexpectedly fitting into a size 22.. Which is unbelievable at my weight.. Usually I'm 18 stone before I fit into a 22 but I'm on the very high side of 18, nearly 19 stone at the mo. My body shape has changed dramatically since I started juddd and I feel like a new person

Nearing the end of a successful fast... found starting on a sunday night a bit depressing to be honest, but it feels like a big achievement to have it done and dusted. Started 4pm last night and will probably break my fast at about 6ish when we go out for this meal tonight. Think the change has given me some renewed get up and go.
I am literally feeling like I want to eat my arm but I know its only a few more hours to gooooo and I have things to occupy me between now and then, and no food to distract me either
I can say that I have been hungry SO MANY times on a down day but never once have I wanted to break it, because I know that its only however many hours away. The more nsvs I have, the smaller I get, and the less I weigh, the less I want to break my fasts! Its the weirdest thing, I never in a million years thought I could ever cope with not eating ANYTHING in 24 hrs, let alone do it successfully 3 times a week
