Hann's IF Diary - 7 months and counting :)

Actually NO. I've done so much worse than that before. That wasn't bad! Feels like I've tamed my lil binge monster a bit. In my head I feel like o sh*t I've really done it now, but honestly I could've eaten that plus another few multipacks of biscuits/cake bars/chocolate or even a tub of ice cream. My logical human is annoyed that I gave the reins to my primal being.. But reflecting on it, my primal being did ok

That's got to be a knock on effect of me being sick/sleeping all day yesterday. Plus haven't been to the toilet in a while. My body seems to be timed to need a big poo mid sat morning just after my official weigh in lol :p

Silly scales not behaving themselves this morning for you Han. You're still doing great, I wouldn't say last night was a binge so much as a normal sort of indulgence. Even skinny people eat too much sometimes! Stay positive chick!

Maybe your body does one of those things when it hangs on to weight for a couple of weeks and then suddenly it all comes off in a rush? Mine used to do that on Lighterlife, and i was eating exactly the same thing every week! Keep going and if you feel like it, mix it up with a few double downs - always good to keep the body guessing I think!

Yeah I think it does... The whole of September I gained 0.3 then I dropped over 5 lbs in the last week, so here's hoping. My weight is still going down generally.. So I'm not upset :)

Had a very indulgent day so far, bran flakes & golden syrup, a fry up, a toffee crisp, a bag of crisps and a rice krispie bun.... So far :p

Sorry ive posted in totally thr wrong place.
Hi everyone i have been having a good read here while lurking for a while. I am at a standstill with my weight and cant seem to stick to ww or sw and after reading about judd im going to give it a good try. Im going to have my dd on tuesday and thursday as they are my busiest days and hopefully will be too busy to notice the reduction in my intake...here it goes!

Literally just ate around me today but it's fine. I think my body needs a heavy day every now and then to wake it up. Hopefully will help shift this lil weight rut I'm going into. For a good while I think I've nearly not been eating enough, been in a really good mindset with starting the gym and I was able to give it a good kick this week, pity the scales weren't playin ball. But I think my body does have a tendency to screw up when I'm not eating enough. And I was quite sick yesterday so god only knows what's happening.

As I expected, I did a big poo after my breakfast lol!!!! Damn bowels!!!

Gonna try and not be really bad tomorrow. It's an up up down tomorrow, so fasting from 5. Don't want to let things slip too much, getting into a dangerous path. I'm not binging til I'm sick yet but if I get slack it'll start happening again. Just gotta keep ticking over. Xx

Oh no completely I find if I don't eat enough the losses grind to a stop whether diet I'm on, sometimes you just need to get some chow down your neck ;)

Good luck with starting juddd. I couldn't stick to ww or sw either, was binging by the end of day 2 lol xx

Had a lovely day today. Was bad food wise, but didn't get as bad as binging. Ate a few things, then stopped, rather than eating til explosion. Think I'm managing the bad eating quite well these days. I have accepted that the binge chimp is still in there, but she's nowhere near as unruly. It amazing how I can brush a bad day aside on juddd and just get on with tomorrow. Any other diet I'd be like screw this I've ruined it now... And go off the rails for days, weeks or even months. It's the weirdest thing. Xx

I've noticed that my face is a lot less chubby these days when I was brushing my teeth in the mirror this morning.

I've also just had a big badass bowl x2 of bran flakes and golden syrup with loads of milk, yay :D

Also checked my bp this morning and it's still low (104/69) but I don't feel too bad today. Perhaps it was just the massive dip that shocked my body more than anything. I wouldn't be concerned with that number asides the fact I was feeling very very ropey on Friday/Saturday. Feeling a lot better today though :)
