A steady 2lb loss is good though Rosegold... I personally don't exercise apart from walking to work (which is 5 minutes away so not exactly a marathon lol), and I'm not going to start because I know from past experience that I won't sustain it which will make it harder for me long term.
I find that starchy carbs slow down my losses ... I know that they are technically 'free' on SW but if I have more than one (weighed) portion of them a day then I really know about it! I don't weigh anything else (apart from Hexs) but I do portion control the starches.
Oddly I really felt like I hadn't lost anything this week, mainly because of the cold and eating larger portions in the evening. Thank goodness for Superfree!! ... WI last night and I lost 4lb :character00100:
