Feeling rather cheesed off, I’ve been good the past few weeks and the weight is not shifting. I have to believe that it will catch up with me in a good way and not fall off the wagon though.

I think I’ll try limiting myself to under 10 syns daily this week (Fri and Sat may be over) – perhaps I’m underestimating my syns. Keep positive……
