You can one step at a time! Yum to the campfire stew made it a few weeks ago very simple and very nice
I know what you mean about thinking sod it for the other 3 days I do things like that all time for instance this weekend I know I'll be terrible!
Fingers crossed for today 1-0 to you over the junk by this evening
Campfire stew is a firm favourite now, I've made it 3 times! Mark loves it which is unusual for him to say and you're right its so simple.
You deserve to be terrible at the weekend as its your birthday.
No junk for me today yippee! Thanks for all your help x

Helen we all know the advice but where would slimming clubs be if we could all do it
I am sure that being at work will be helpful- its being in a routine that helps so much and the fact you can plan in advance - is there anyway you can get the temping things you are picking on at home out of the house or get your other half to put it in the shed under lock a key if need be
if I dont have the foods in the house I dont go looking for them (eg the garage or local shop) and it helps me so much - after my holiday I need to get dh more organised - the things we get for his lunch that I like can be taken to work and kept there like we have done in the past
H xx
Thanks H, Mark's really good and hides his goodies or takes them to work but last couple of days I'd have eaten anything, he was at work so didn't even hide, even potential SW friendly things are only good in moderation ie. alpen lights, cheese, crackers, ham etc. I just couldn't stop myself.
To be honest if I'd put stuff on a plate and sat and enjoyed it I would have probably have been full but instead I wolfed it down and it didn't touch the sides.
Strangely enough I've felt really full today on little food x

Helen hi there mate... Look we all have times when we lapse, usually after a weekend or special occasion... Just ease back into it, and do not feel guilty or beat yourself up over it, yes by all means give yourself a telling off if you need to, but, remember that you have the tools to do this, but you must be in the right frame of mind... Baby steps back to plan or strict line under its up to you, but only you can do it, and if you need a few days off it isn't the end of the world... xx
You're so lovely, I wasn't in the right frame of mind so it wasn't happening, I've tried today so fingers x'd I can get back in the swing of things x
