Well done on the pound off... I am glad you feel a little better... As for going off plan, I wouldn't worry as Steve says sometimes it just has to be done... Have a good weekend...
Aaleigha said:just wondering how you feel today - sometimes you can seize up after a night of laying quite still
hopefully you can keep the pain at bay for today = take things gently - you should not have to live with that amount of pain

sleepytimesadie said:At least your consultant is on your side... Arthritis can be controlled with a combination of drugs and diet... So hopefully you will able to be a little more pain free than you are at present... xx

Arctic-BNG said:Like they said. Seems you've got an on the ball consultant.
Note on the foodage, you can save a syn or two by having soda with a wedge of lime, I have this when I'm driving and am out for the evening. It's also normally free!
The spritzer will be about 5 syns

At least you know and are back on it now xHPSaucy said:Forgive me for I have sinned (synned!).. When I was having a crappy day the other day Mark went and bought a £10 meal deal from M&S for dinner tonight, I guessed the syns would be bad but didn't work them out before eating.. I wish I had!
I know he was being sweet but I wish I'd just wasted the money and eaten something else as it so wasn't worth the syns.
But to make it worse I got the eating bug and wanted to eat everything in sight and couldn't stop.. It's not good on my food diary but I'm going to be honest and list everything that's entered my mouth today!
