I have it if I'm driving. Make sure it's a wedge of lime though, you can squeeze it into the drink. Oh and it's normally free! (They charge if you have the lime cordial)
I'm not tight, just thrifty at times.

work can be so stressful without having to deal with people having dramas lol
Big hugs to you x
HPSaucy said:Lol! I used to drink sparkling water all the time but then got addicted to coke so now I'm off it I'll go back to it, lately I've been having soda & lime cordial but might ask for lime wedge next time like you suggested x
Thanks Kally, some people and their dramas hey lol! Should have got you to come and poke her with your spork! X

I hope ya'll don't mind me muscling in on your WL diary, I had no idea you had one. I never come onto the WLD section - I am glad I have now, I was absentmindedly perusing and came across Helen's Quest and saw HP Saucy!
So I have just spent the last few lunch periods (and some!) catching up on your diary - I must say you have a fabulous tight knit group of friends - Hello Helen's Friends :wavey: !!!! You seem all lovely and wonderfully supportive.
Helen I am so sorry you are suffering with your hip, when you told me about your accident last year and that you had to stop your C25K training, I just assumed you were better now. I hope you get some positive results about what this all is soon. I see your consultant thinks it could be arthritis which is horrid. I am no Doctor and do not claim to be, but a friend of mine at work suffers from it in her back and she started taking Glucosamine everyday and she felt a lot better within a few months. My mum suffers from it also, but when I mentioned the Glucosamine she told me it wasn't scientifically supported and so will not try it. If you feel the same then fair enough, but I figured something herbal that COULD help you, may be worth a try. But, as I say, I am no expert on these matters.
Anyway I was also wondering, through reading your diary, what you thought of the Slim Pods and whether you think they can really help. My mind set on food seems similar to yours, I stuff my face without a conscience and then wonder why I did it. I figure that it is a brain defect and not a physical problem, so perhaps I could gain something out of these pods. I have also considered hypnotherapy, but am a little scared about it. I am a sneaky eater - big time - so I need to know why that is, is it something buried deep inside? ? I am very much the happy go lucky sunny person that you are, but I know I need to lose a few stone to get me out of the "scary weight" section. I am never going to be slim and I am happy with that, I have a lovely job, home and man, whats to feel sad about if I have a squidgy body, as long as I am healthy on the inside - but I do need to drop a few stone, if nothing else but to fit into all the lovely clothes I have vacuum packed and put away.
Anyhoo, I thought I would drop by and say Hi to all.
x
