Thanks everyone, just going to take each day as it comes like I have done this week and see what happens.

Will update my food while I've got a chance (quiet at the moment), had loads of yummy food at class tonight, even though low syn I'm not sure how many syns, possibly 10 if not more.

When around Lizzi's she made everyone crusty rolls with pate with crisps and birthday cake, I refused it all and just had a chunk of the Italian bread she'd brought tonight after slimming, I'm guessing 6.0 syns but no idea!

Thursday 25th October - Extra Easy (Night shift)

Breakfast: BLT (HEB + 0.5)

Lunch: tandoori lamb, coucous

Dinner: lasagne (HEA + 1.0)

Snacks: bread (6.0?), taster buffet food (10.0?)

Drinks: squash, water

Total syns: 17.5?

Wahooo! Well done on what has been a bit of an up and down week for you this week, have faith in yourself Helen you are doing so well. Keep it up, this must have given you a massive boost.

otherwise we wouldn't be here...

Thanks girls, I'd like to say it gave me a massive boost, which it did at the time so why after sticking to plan all day yesterday did I get home late last night and because Mark wasn't home raid the kitchen??

The cake Mark brought home from the cake sale was calling my name, thing is wouldn't have been too bad if I'd stuck to that but then I started on other things, started to feel ashamed and guilty so did what I should have done first and went to bed.

Today is a new day however.. 100% is my aim.

I told Mark to take the cake to work today and he said he'd take half today and the rest tomorrow.. I said please take it all today!

So I said I'd confess all when I have a binge so I have and will write it all down.

Feeling pretty tired but actually managed to get a bit of sleep yesterday morning which is good, bad thing is Mark and I are like passing ships in the night, by the time our day off comes we won't have had an evening together for 6 days! No wonder we get on so well!

Yesterday was crap at work, almost every flight delayed due weather.. Snow! Don't you just love winter at the airport!

Friday 26th October - Extra Easy (L2)

Breakfast: rice pudding (HEA + 1.0), banana

Lunch: tandoori lamb, couscous, cherry tomatoes, haloumi (4.0)

Dinner: peanut curry (3.0), rice

Snacks: plums, passion fruit, Victoria sponge (20.0?), pistsacios (9.0?), scoop of mackerel pate (0.5)

Drinks: coffee, squash

Total syns: 37.5?
 
I will keep naughtyness away and give it sadie, it's where it belongs... You will be fine Helen, you can and will do this... Hugs from me (and Sadie!) xx
 
Thanks you two, have made dinner for tonight and made loads of bns chips to go with it so I've been picking at them, lovely, my question is as they are a superfree food and also speed can I just pick on them?! Seem too naughty to do that as I wouldn't do it with say potato wedges or something but guessing its okay! X

I would say its ok... Just remember to stop when your full... I can't see any harm in it...xx
 
They are def superfree but can't remember if speedy too?

I agree though - don't overeat x

I had maybe a handful if that and because I was in a picky mood I was guessing it was best to pick on them rather than something else, definitely a speed food but not superspeed x

Thank goodness for the extra hour, I'm so tired, would have been even more tired had I not managed to get rid of my Night shift as would have had to work an extra hour for free.. Do feel bad for the poor guy who worked it for me as I was leaving at 1am this morning! Oops!

Yesterday another binge was averted, not quite sure why I want to eat all the time at the moment, just want to pick, pick, pick. Because of what had happened the night before I sort of planned for it and had a biscuit bar in my bag so last night when I was driving home instead of thinking "what can I eat" and there being nothing available and buy the time I got home eating everything in sight I ate that, I still wanted something else at home but the edge had gone and I went straight to bed instead.

Have to say the biscuit bar I had was scrummy, it was a free sample that came through the door, Special K biscuit moments, worth 5 syns.

Saturday 27th October - Red Day (LL)

Breakfast: ww petit pain (heb), bacon, lettuce, tomato, 1tbsp el mayo (0.5)

Lunch: mackerel pate (1.0), 3x ryvita (HEB), tomatoes

Dinner: chicken wrapped in Parma ham (2.0) with 25g cheese (HEA) and wholegrain mustard (0.5), bns chips, red onion wedges, roasted tomatoes

Snacks: bns chips, apple, Special K biscuit bar (5.0)

Drinks: coffee, squash

Total syns: 9.0
