Thanks for all your support with regards to Jake, its horrible not being able to do anything but Lizzi see's no wrong in James.
Jake told me last week that Daddy hurts him (he calls James Dad), when I got him to elaborate he said he cuddles him too hard, so perhaps James is being nice but Jake doesn't like it, he loves cuddles with us though. Trying to get him to open up without leading him into things but nothing so far, he also won't use presents that James has bought him but chucks them away or says Evie can have them. . Hopefully this will all blow over.
Made the pea & ham soup that Emma gave me the recipe for yonks ago, had a little taste and its nice, going to have it for lunch tomorrow.
Also made some beef sliders for taster session tomorrow, have cooked them and will reheat briefly and then assemble once there, tasted one and they're not bad.
Wednesday 27th February - Extra Easy (off)
Breakfast: banana, blueberries, ff vanilla yogurt
Lunch: eastern salmon (0.5), stir fry, Chinese five spice sauce (1.0)
Dinner: Mexican bake (3.5 + HEA)
Snacks: 1x slice ham, spoon of pea and ham soup, mandarin, gherkins, 4x bear yo yo (HEB), 1x beef slider
Drinks: squash
Total syns: 5.0

It is a wee bit worrying with poor Jake but you are obviously on it with you pointing out about not leading him etc. It is sometimes the case that step parents struggle when their own little one comes along. So it may be that their relationship is a bit strained now. It is hard when Lizzie can't see that her partner is so controlling. Must be very hard for you and mark tho.

Not worth getting! You can have four for a HEB and basically they're fruit wound up into a circle.. Doesn't really make sense but thought I'd try them, think probably for children. Once they're gone I don't think I'll be having them again unless I'm out and have a HEB to use up.

They were gorgeous, went down a treat at class and going to make them again as only got one and Mark didn't get to try them.
Have you ever heard of Cwmbran? That's where they are moving to, wondered if you know if its a good or bad area? X

Hi everyone and happy St David's day x
Went to weigh in last night and lost 1 1/2lb, happy with that, have lost 12lb since beginning of January, 2lb more and I'm back to my 3 stone, obviously I'd like to do it by next week but don't want that pressure so just going to plod along like I've been doing.
Leaving for work soon and about to have lunch so catch up soon x
