Wonderful... I know we have less money and all the other problems now but we do actually see each other now and sometimes no amount of money can replace that...xx

That's very true but luckily its not always like it for us, depends where the roster falls as I do 6 and 3 whereas Mark does variable so sometimes we see each other loads x
 
Sorry another post and run, no time to catch up on diaries, did have a quick read last night but didn't post as fell asleep.. this week has been so tiring, not doing overtime tomorrow now just going to do my Early as I'm exhausted, so just tonight's Late and tomorrow Early to get through and 3 days off.

Friday 22nd February - Extra Easy ( LL )

Breakfast: mackerel on toast (HEB)

Lunch: squid and tomato linguine (0.5)

Dinner: pork stir fry with chinese 5 spice sauce (1.0)

Snacks: banana, smoked salmon, 10g philadelphia (0.5), spicy chicken, options hot chocolate (HEA + 1.5)

Drinks: PLJ, squash

Total syns: 3.5

Saturday 23rd February - Extra Easy (L2)

Breakfast: bacon, baked beans, tomatoes, black pudding (3.5)

Lunch: speed soup

Dinner: sausage and tomato stew (3.5), mashed potato

Snacks: 2x mandarin, banana, hifi bar (HEB), options hot chocolate (HEA + 3.0)

Drinks: PLJ, squash

Total syns: 10.0

that was a very good food plan - it would never sound like a weigh loss plan if you told someone what you ate

Works been okay, doesn't tend to matter too much what time of year it is as when there's not so much baggage there's more cargo, the holidays made a real difference when I was in the terminals. New computer system causing mayhem though! Apparently ATC are calling us "slowbird" instead of "speedbird" as our call sign.. Oops! X

It's horrible sometimes but it has its bonuses as we get a run of days off together sometimes and the odd morning, just going through a bad bit of the roster. I suppose10 mins for you is better than none x
 
Had a lovely lie in today until 10.30 and was still tired. Didn't do much today, bit of food shopping, changed bedding, cleaned kitchen and that was about it! Lazy!!

Had a gorgeous dinner and dessert, when you crush frozen berries do you syn them? I put some in a food processor and whizzed them up so should I syn them? I didn't eat anymore than I would have done if I hadn't whizzed them.

Monday 25th February - Extra Easy (Off)

Breakfast: smoked salmon, philadelphia light (HEA), 6x wholegrain crackerbread ( HEB)

Lunch: speed soup

Dinner: sea bass with pancetta on sweet potato mash (7.0 for mango chutney, sesame oil and pancetta), asparagus, broccoli
Mixed berry ice cream (2.0 for honey)

Drinks: squash, sparkling water, lime cordial

Total syns: 9.0
