Helen's quest for good health!

After the casserole disaster I may get one.. Got home from work, smelt delicious however all the liquid had evaporated and was quite dry so had to make some gravy and syn it, annoying really when last time I made it it was gorgeous but I was at home then and stirred it a few times so maybe that was why it was okay then, still tasty though.

Ah what a shame :-(

Oh no!

I have both a slow cooker and a pressure cookery, one does lovely casseroles/stews really slowly, the other makes delicious casseroles/stews really quickly!

I don't have room for everything I'd like, didn't realise people still used pressure cookers, my Nan used to use one.

I'm not feeling brilliant, had a great weekend pain wise and thought I was on the mend but don't know what to do with myself I'm in so much pain tonight, having bath and bed for me.

Hope you feel better soon Helen, i think a long hot soak in the bath is probably just what you need xxxx

My Gran and Mum both have them. They are great, I got mine last year, they cook really quickly and use less energy so better for the electric bills too. I've a chicken risotto recipe I make with mine and it takes about 20 mins max from starting to eating.

Hope you feel better soon :)

Thanks everyone for your kind words, thankfully about midday today something clicked in my back and although I've still got pain it feels a lot easier, feeling better in myself as a result.
