Haven't got a dead leg anymore but still really achy and can't sleep on that side but I'm sure it'll be all good soon.

Hope you have a good day x

Hubby's text to say we've got date night tonight! Sorry Emma :-(

It was his idea so hopefully goes ahead, we're going to the cinema, haven't been for months, so much to see but lots of it is on late so think we're seeing "girl with the dragon tattoo", I've read the book, Mark hasn't so hope it's okay.

Right then mrs enjoy date night, however at the cinema do not have naughty food, either have something before you go and ready for when you get back so you don't feel the need to pick!

I'm cooking before we go, going to take a bottle of drink with us (sound like I'm an alcoholic! Meant pepsi max or something, saves spending loads on a cup.. Tight I know!), was considering getting a few 'pick n mix' but only up to how many syns I've got left but might just not have anything because I'm sure after we've eaten we won't need it.

Thanks for your wise words x

Buy some sweets that you know will be low in syns, perhaps even some chopped up fruit to take with you-not the same i know!xx

Or try taking grapes and cherries, a bit expensive at this time of year but then you can make that a good excuse to buy them as a treat... xx

Have you gone yet? Def don't get pick and mix as its sooo tempting to have too many.

Hopefully you have heeded the good advice above :)

Just about to leave but not going to have anything, it's only a couple of hours so won't need anything (might want it but won't need it!), if I'd got pick n mix I would have just got a handful to stay within syns but thank you for keeping an eye on me x

Still pants tbh... I am just climbing into bed, my voice has gone totally tonight, so no more serving for me... A good hour reading and some more natural remedies should sort me until morning... Did you enjoy the cinema?

Film was really good but still preferred the book, really long, nearly 3 hours! Could hardly move afterwards, just took a diet coke with us and that was it, no nibbles or anything. Mark enjoyed it too even though he hasn't read the book but I did elaborate on a few things afterwards.

Morning Lisa.

You'd all be very proud, hip/back is far from better but so much better than it has been so I did my kettle bell and was just careful on my left side.. All hot and sweaty now and only did it for 10 minutes! Might be good to strengthen up the leg muscles and he did say I could exercise yippee I might be back on it!

Also having a facial this morning! I don't usually do girly things like this but bought a voucher on Groupon x

Well done you... I am not that good at the cinema, but we can't go very often which is maybe a good thing... xx

Tuesday 10th January

Breakfast: oops didn't have time.. Again! Need to sort this out

Lunch: balsamic chicken stack (1tbsp brown sugar 3.0, 45g mozzarella HEA)

Dinner:

Snacks:

Drinks: squash

Total syns:

The balsamic chicken stack was nice nut don't think it was worth the 3.0 for sugar, think I might try putting a bit of sweetener in it next time.
