Thanks I'm back now, did enjoy it but don't think it's something I'm likely to do regularly. Feel good having done some exercise all be it only about 10 minutes. How are you feeling now? X
 
So proud! And feel a little sheepish now as I haven't returned to the shred since my first attempt on Thursday!!! :(

I'll swap floor space for high ceilings if you have them! I'm scared of hitting the lights with the kettle bells!

As for sports bra, it's a must, mind you the one I've got is probably a bit too much, you have to be a contortionist to get in it!! Always a laugh and gives me a workout trying to dress! X
 
I got weighed last night as working Lates the rest of this week, lost 2lb, really happy with that especially with my nutella mishap!

Mark was working a Late last night, I really couldn't be bothered to cook and rather than grab something from freezer or do jacket potato oh no madam here thought she'd treat herself to a supermarket pizza as a post weigh in treat.. Wish I hadn't! I was stuffed, but still ate it all! Played havoc with my IBS which has been fine lately.. Will I ever learn?! X
 
Well done on a great loss and you know you have 8 days before next wi so that pizza won't matter but you will learn ;) xx
 
Wednesday 11th January

Breakfast: bacon sarnie with syn free BBQ sauce (bread HEB)

Lunch: crabsticks, seafood sauce (1.0), jacket potato
Apple

Dinner: smothered chicken (2.0 + HEA) forgot to bring anything to go with it though!

Snacks: grapes, raspberries, blueberries, mini breaks (5.0)

Drinks: squash, water, 1x Pepsi max

Total syns: 8.0

Nothing like being thrown in the deep end! Get to work after 3 weeks off and first thing I have to do is my dangerous goods training and then had to do my 777 recency exam! Passed the dangerous goods and think I've passed the recency.. Hope so!

All done now and I'm meal relief tonight so fairly steady shift now.

Very true however never seems to help with the weight loss or after 10 years of it I'd be a stick insect by now! The only thing that's worked is SW x

Same here with by Crohns. The surgeon looked at my insides and was amazed how bad it was - I never lose my appetite!! Hence SW :)

And, being a fellow IBS sufferer, no, I agree, despite thinking so after sitting on the loo for hours, it doesn't help:eek:, but, I have been loads better since SW

My undiagnosed ibs (awaiting results) has been 90x better since starting sw, they only time i struggle is to much bread, cheese, chocolate (poor me lol) or greasy food!xx
