Home from work now, got to get up at 4.30am so just a quick food update and try and check a few posts.

Friday 13th January

Breakfast: WW wrap (5.0), ham, 30g reduced fat cheddar (1/2 HEA), spinach, 1tbsp el mayo (0.5)

Lunch: jacket potato, crabsticks, seafood sauce (1.5), salad

Dinner: BNS, red onion, chilli risotto (1/2 HEA & 0.5), salad

Snacks: 2x tangerines, carrot

Drinks: water

Total syns: 7.5
 
Food looks good :)

Now go to bed you must be knackered!!! X

Hi guys, sorry been busy at work and then came home and made tomorrows breakfast, lunch and dinner and tonight's dinner!

Can't believe that two more people at work said I'd lost loads of weight! What is going on?! No one noticed, put on 8lb over Christmas and now loads of people are, very strange but have to say it has made me feel really good.

Just going to update and then try and catch up with all of your diaries.

Saturday 14th January

Breakfast: BLT (HEB + 0.5)

Lunch: leek & potato soup

Dinner: glazed pork steaks (1.5), root vegetable mash & red cabbage
Angel delight (HEA + 5.5) with meringue nest (2.5)

Snacks: blueberries, raspberries, grapes, pineapple

Total syns: 10.0

It's good we're in the zone and you haven't got much longer until your special birthday, hope you've had a good day x

Breakfast: vanilla ff yogurt, blueberries, raspberries, grapes

Lunch: tomato soup, WW wrap (5.0), 1 tbsp el mayo (0.5), ham, 22g reduced fat cheddar (1/2 HEA)

Dinner: spaghetti Bolognaise (1.0), 14g Parmesan (1/2 HEA)

Snacks: apple, fibre plus bar (HEB)

Drinks: squash, 1x Pepsi max

Total syns: 6.5

Well yeah I do, but today other than prepare breakfast lunch and dinner for them I've done nothing else lazy lazy me :D To be fair all of us there today were feeling under the weather so it was nice to chill out for a change :)
