Are you Northampton? It is good isn't it (well not for SW!) because if everyone fancies something different it doesn't matter x

near Northampton :) only been once though must go again when can afford it thats the trouble when 5 of us

STS - that could also be due to the upping of exercise Helen. I've read that this can happen alot :( but then the weight will fall off again. Do you measure?

Exhausted now.. Mind you not as exhausted as poor Emma must be! Got about 4 hours sleep last night, home from work now, weird ol shift, tempers were frayed for some reason in the office (not mine thankfully), someone walked out! Don't know what's going to happen as its obviously pretty serious.

I was lucky to get out half hour early today as I was a Double shift yippee.

Saturday 21st January

Breakfast: 2x WW sausages (1.0), 1tbsp BBQ sauce (1.0), banana

Lunch: 3x ryvita (HEB), 45g reduced fat cheddar (HEA), onion chutney.
Curried parsnip soup

Dinner: beef casserole, jacket potato

Snacks: strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, grapes

Drinks: water, 1x Pepsi max, treat size Dairy Milk (4.0)

Total syns: 6.0

Don't worry about catching up, I've not had time either and I try and pop on your diary to see what you've been up to.

As for gaining weight when upping exercise, I have heard that your muscles retain water when you first exercise so you need to up your water intake to counterbalance it so maybe that is the reason.. Hope so! X

I do that too, got on here for about 10mins earlier, had a nosy, went to reply and then got called away and forgot what I was going to send!

We have positions that not everyone likes, I just do any position (ooh sounds kinky!), as we were so short today and to cover the operation someone was moved to this position, he went mental when he came in and walked back out again!! No one could believe it and I would have swapped!

Also now we were even shorter there was no one to cover breaks, at weekends there is a canteen but it's only open until 9am so people wanted to get food, people ended up abandoning their work and going! What a mess! Glad I bring my own in but wish I could have had more of a walk around as feeling very stiff now x
 
Fancy walking out just because you don't want to do one particular job! Honestly you think in the state we are in people would do anything to keep their jobs!xx

Being that he's done 20+ years service I'm sure there must be something else to it! He's been stressed lately and I think this was just the final straw.. I personally couldn't walk out.

Exercise: 15 mins kettle bell
