Loving the Liz Earle, got a few spots this week but guessing its because my skin is getting used to the new products, need to order some more as only got the little bottles. Skin feels smoother. Which products have you got? X

You use it too? I love the smell, I got the starter kit with the cleanse & polish, tonic, moisturiser and brightening something or over! Have you used the eye bright, sounds great but not sure I can justify buying that too.. Unless its really good! X

I used to use it all a lot but I'm really bad now and only use cleanse & polish when I wear makeup! It did sort my skin out years ago.

I love eyebright too. And the toner. I never got on with the moisturiser as they used to be quite heavy but I think they have new lighter ones now. I use Nivea soft as a moisturiser as its so light.

As I said I'm so bad now and rarely do it all!!!

Highly recommend it for problem skin though :)

Sounds like I might have to invest in eye bright too! I find I literally use a dab of moisturiser, it seems to go really far.. That's the problem with beauty routines.. They get boring! This is still a novelty at the moment, my old routine was literally face wash both morning and then evening to wash off make up, eye make up remover and moisturiser.. Simples! But am enjoying this at the moment x

Yep! Just washed my face with water as no makeup today! Maybe I should start it up again?

I'm the same, struggled to get on here during the day and then was so tired I just wanted to sleep.. Actually I shouldn't talk about tired as you must be even worse! At least I've managed approx 9 hours sleep in the last 45 hours.. Not all together unfortunately! Roll on this afternoon for another nap before we go out tonight x

Oh god poor you, read on your thread that the gym woke you up, not the desired effect! X

What a wake up call, got into work and was asked to do a manual loadsheet and balance chart.. Aaah not done one for 18 months, brain had to suddenly be kicked into action at that time in the morning, hopefully all going to get refresher training on them as it took me an hour.. We'd never get any flights away!

Tuesday 24th January

Breakfast: rice pudding (HEA), blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, grapes

Lunch: spiced tomato speed soup

Dinner: Italian! Goodness knows how many syns!

Snacks: apple, tangerine

Oh god, I don't know whether it's the fruit or what but I have to keep running to the loo! Thought it might have been the milk in rice pudding but it's lactose free so guessing not, fruit is all I can think of.

Have taken Imodium and praying it kicks in soon as so looking forward to my meal out tonight x

Just so you know strawberries in particular are a natural laxative apparently xx
