I was fancying Red Hot when I was in Cardiff last, looks as if you could eat your way around the World!
 
Thursday 19th January

Brunch: sausage sarnie (sausages 1.5, 1 tbsp BBQ sauce 1.0, HEB)

Lunch: curried parsnip soup

Drinks: squash

Exercise: 12 minutes kettle bells

A year ago I joined SW, I am so pleased I found all of you on here as I am sure I wouldn't still be going if it wasn't for the support I get on here, my consultant is great but as I can't get to class each week I found that my resolve would dwindle where as I am better now I can come on here.. Well better most of the time!

I'm sure your 2 meals off plan will not be that bad for wi and you been to the gym and doing your kettle thingy(forgot if it is bells or balls :). ) ha ha

Sitting down for a well deserved rest, have just made curried parsnip soup, chilli con carne, risotto, prawn curry, beef casserole and onion chutney! Would have made more but have run out of Tupperwares and room in the freezer!
 
You've been busy!! Feel free to send some this way could do with a few bits in the freezer for when im feeling naughty and cant be bothered to cook! :D xx
 
Oh and Helen you need to update your stats :D Im sure you weigh less than me and your stats claim your 2.5lbs heavier we cant have that!! xx
 
I need them for my Lates and also I get so lazy by the time I get to my Earlies that at least I know I can grab something out of the freezer.

Do you know if you can update the stats on the phone app or do you have to be on the proper website? X
 
Its good to be prepared!

I think you have to be on the website to do your stats, hopefully they will update it soon to make it a bit easier for us!xx

We went somewhere like that in Bournemouth :) AND I still lost that week!!!

I STS last night! I can't be disappointed as I did eat out twice midweek but back on it today.

Got up this morning and did my kettlebell, all hot and sweaty again.. Surely must be doing me some good!

Have agreed to do some overtime tomorrow as they're so short (why oh why?! Haven't done any since I hurt my back). Finish tonight at 23.00 back in tomorrow at 6.30am until 23.00 tomorrow and have a 45min-1 hour journey each way.. Plus I wanted to go to the gym again in the morning, why am I such a push over?!

Friday 20th January

Breakfast: BLT (HEB + 0.5)

Lunch: mugshot

Dinner: spaghetti with red onion and sundried tomatoes (5.5), salad, 14g Parmesan (1/2 HEA)

Snacks: apple, nectarine, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, grapes, 22g reduced fat cheddar (1/2 HEA)

Drinks: squash, water, 1x Pepsi max

Total syns: 6.0

Exercise: 15 mins kettle bells
