I STS last night! I can't be disappointed as I did eat out twice midweek but back on it today.
Got up this morning and did my kettlebell, all hot and sweaty again.. Surely must be doing me some good!
Have agreed to do some overtime tomorrow as they're so short (why oh why?! Haven't done any since I hurt my back). Finish tonight at 23.00 back in tomorrow at 6.30am until 23.00 tomorrow and have a 45min-1 hour journey each way.. Plus I wanted to go to the gym again in the morning, why am I such a push over?!
