WELL DONE!!! That's amazing that you had all those temptations and still had a 100% day :)

Also I never thought of yoghurt with fajitas - great idea as I'd have had sour cream!

Here's hoping for a 100% Saturday :)

Oh and give me a warning next time there's prawns in here!!! ;)

Morning Helen,

Well done on getting back on plan, and lunch looked divine to me!;)

As to the gain, well I can honestly say, that I have never ever been on holiday, and gained less than half a stone, and that was long before all inclusive or Florida, which always meant much more.

There is a huge difference in the photos, but like you, I never see it in my own photos, but I can assure you that you definately look much better!

Yep I'd usually have sour cream but now just a small bit of yogurt does even though it's not so thick, sometime I mix it with some onion powder or spice to give it some flavour.

I'll warn you next time there's prawns lol!

100% Saturday too, boys wanted fry up so we're having a SW version, bet they won't even be able to tell the difference x

That makes me feel better, how come it goes on so easily and takes so long to get it off again?!

Thanks for that re the photos, it's so hard to see the difference yourself but think I can now.

Sounds like you love prawns too mmmm x

Morning Mrs! Sounds like you had a good day yesterday too... I did ok and even turned down buffet at work... The thing is everyone is right your body does get used to bad eating really quickly, but re-educating it again to good foods takes time... Have a great weekend...xx

Well done for staying on track, it will definitely be a sign of things to come hope you enjoyed your fry up!xx

I had a 100% day yesterday and I'm so proud of myself because things were put in my way and I abstained.

We had the boys over and they haven't stayed for a while because they usually go out with their mates at weekends, but they thought they'd get their step mum drunk! Well I didn't give in, I stuck to soft drinks, I ended up pretending I couldn't drink because of the medicine I'm on otherwise they wouldn't have taken no for an answer.. I did end up mixing cocktails for them and still didn't have any!

During dinner I didn't have any guacamole as felt like having two fajitas and didn't want to go over syns, for dessert they all had meringue nest and clotted cream, I had just strawberries and then in the evening they had chocolate biscuits and I didn't have any.

The devil on my shoulder kept saying "oh go on, one night won't hurt" but the angel kept saying "oh yes it will", so even though it was really hard I managed day one back on plan yippee x

Well done Helen what a great day proud of you :) lots of temptations to so an even harder day to get through. Did the boys enjoy the sw fry up bet they didn't even notice
Hope you have a good bank holiday weekend xx

That is so true, the thing is the things I eat when on plan are yummy but when you're being bad it's all about just grabbing stuff and not even thinking, hope you've had a good day today too x

Thanks so much, fry up was lovely, they had proper sausages though but they wouldn't have known the difference.

I'm actually off this weekend (except Monday) but unfortunately nothing planned as wasn't sure how I'd be after injection as couldn't walk for a couple of days after the last couple but other than normal pain it seems not too bad, however as I'm also fighting a cold I've send Mark out and am having a lazy night! What are you up to as think you said you were saving syns for alcohol x

Had a good day today, the boys stayed until lunchtime and then had to shoot off to watch the footie so as it was a lovely day we went for a walk to the woods, only just under 2 miles but that's more than I've done in a long time, was lovely to get out in the fresh air.

Oooh did you give in to McD's? Are those salads free?

I had the alpen light, not really because I was hungry but because I wanted another 100% day and I would have been 1/2 HEB short! X
