I've just been to the gym! 15 mins cycling and 15 mins cross trainer, not much but more than I've done in a long time, feel good.. At the moment lol!

Worked out this week swim and todays gym session have cost nearly £300 cos haven't been for so long.. Oops!

Bonus is I was paying £34.99 for off peak, I'm now paying £24.99 for peak as a promotion for the Olympics! X
