Hey guys it felt good to be back but hips not thanking me for it, don't want to give up at the first hurdle though so hoping to work through the pain as every time I've exercised since the accident I've given up when it hurts so need to persevere.
This week I've been doing wii fit, gym and swimming, have seen a class that looks good but don't think I've got the guts to go to one!
Sorry I've not been on much, have been lurking but not really had a chance to post on everyone's threads so didn't do any! Work has been hell this week, I feel absolutely exhausted, it's not the shadows fault but it's such hard work and management are not helping.. Made a bit of a stand yesterday so see what happens! Oh well that's 6 shifts down, only one more to go and then 4 off this week yippee! X

Thanks for all your kind offers of winning the lottery.. You'll be pleased to know I've just found out I won.. £49.. but it's better than a kick in the teeth, unfortunately not much to share with you guys though!
I usually love work though, just had a particularly bad few days.
Pleased to say I've been to gym again today, need to try and recoup that money some how!

Hi everyone, it was the "bonus ball" at work so strictly not really the lottery but still a win!
It's really muggy here today, how's it for everyone else? Was looking forward to it being nice and sunny but it's overcast and hot.
