Hello girls hope your days are going fine, contemplating a Red day (usually do EE) just writing down what I've had and then I'll have a play around!

So so hungry today, think it's cos I'm so tired but today was last day in and now for 5 days off yippee!

My stomach was growling this morning but rather short of shopping so no bananas or anything to munch on, they were laughing at my tummy making so much noise, ended up eating my porridge at 6am which means I'm starving now!

Hey you two, thanks for staying in touch, have had a fab weekend, sister came over Thursday evening and we had pizza (having not had one for many months I was really looking forward to it but was quite disappointed), had a Wedding Friday, Mum cooked for us before we went so I didn't have the buffet but after a few drinks and the train ride home we had a kebab! Would have been better having the blimin buffet lol

Saturday was Mum's party so buffet food and drinks there, Sunday morning was her actual Birthday so we did a sweet breakfast as we quite often have cooked breakfast and also it was at their house and we didn't want her cooking (and my Dad hadn't offered!) so it was lemon & honey pancake, waffle and a croissant with strawberries and chocolate sauce... Mmmm but very naughty!

Once at the hotel we had cream tea in the afternoon followed by a posh meal in the evening and a big breakfast yesterday so I feel like I've put on a stone!

Grabbed a spag Bol out of the freezer to take to work tonight as the fridge is bare, shopping for me after work as going to have a distinct lack of superfree today.

Just put a line under it babe, you had a good time, no eating plan should stop that, you can always lose any gain... The thing both of us have to remember is that no matter what, we can and will stick with this long term... Hugs... xx

I agree. And the good thing is you have come straight back on here - so that means you are ready to get back on it :)

Any gain sounds like it was work it as you had loads of special occasions too x

Went to Dr's before work to get referred to NHS physio due back, wonder how long that'll take! Waiting for work physio as well, been very painful since got back from weekend away and missing the gym and running (never thought I'd say that!!).

Just got home from work and got to get up in 5 hours for an Early shift so should be sleeping not on here but just needed to get my diary on.

Wednesday 28h September (Late shift)

Breakfast: strawberries, strawberry yoghurt, 1x alpen light (1/2 HEA)

Lunch: jacket potato, prawns, seafood sauce (1.5)

Dinner: tuna & pasta bake (HEA + 3.5), salad

Snacks: apple, banana, mint options hot chocolate (2.0)

Total syns: 7.0

Thanks hun, I usually find it really hard to get back into SW when I've had a few days off plan but this time felt really motivated, also think it helps that I knew I was getting weighed today, the other times I've been away I happen to be working the week I get back and because I know I'm not being weighed that week I carry on cheating for longer! X

Looks like you're getting in ok now :)

Hope you get your Physio sorted really soon x
