Photos are ace, Helen... We might both be in for a gain this week but I have been away and so have you... We have to keep in mind that what we are doing is a long term change and we have to live... Any gains will go, so long as we keep trying when we can... xx

Annoying when we've been good and still haven't lost, intended to stay on plan Sunday as well but then I thought sod it I need to let my hair down and really enjoyed it x

Superfree in fridge consists of a few dodgy looking spring onions, some iffy looking radishes and two red chillies! Have sent Mark shopping now but he said he's not doing a big shop so l'll be getting most of the stuff tomorrow (he was getting narky about going today lol but he is good).

Have just done another good workout at the gym, aching a bit now though and just had a big brunch, no idea how weigh in's going to go later though x

It looks like its going to pour down here and my parcel has not arrived so I might text DH to get some shopping on the way home today as I know he will stop at tescos on the way home from coventry
just would like a bag of salad leaves and some jacketing potatoes - I am sure he will manage that :)

Mark's very good but today neither of us wanted to go as I'm doing a big shop tomorrow x

Well I've just got home from weigh in.. Lost a 1lb yippee, I'm so pleased after gaining or sts for the last 3 weeks, and I had some chips and naughty food on Sunday, perhaps thats the key and I need more syns!

So another session at gym this morning, 20 minutes bike and rowing machine, arm/chest resistance work.. I ache, dread to think what I'm going to feel like in the morning.

Going out very soon to a leaving do of someone from work, I'm driving though so no syns on alcohol! X

Well done :)

Thanks everyone, well I might need my syns but went way over yesterday oops!

Sorry didn't get on yesterday, had a late night Thursday night, blew out of gym yesterday (as knew I was going today) and had a "date" night last night.

Thursday night was better than expected, saw people I haven't seen in years, had a glass of wine despite saying I wouldn't have any syns, thought I'd be home by about 11pm-midnight ish, no try 2.30am.. Chatting too much!

Yesterday cooked a few meals for this week and to freeze, tried the campfire stew from this months magazine and while I've only had a mouthful it tasted lovely, also made a Mexican bake and a chilli.

Last night we made the hairy bikers salad bowls and they were delicious, we then went to the cinema and watched Ted followed by the social club.

This morning I got up, made a pasta salad for lunch today and tomorrow and now on way to the gym, will catch up with you all when I can and post food when I get home x

Off to ponder the Hairy ones book

I still haven't bought the book yet but as that was so nice I'm definitely tempted x

Dinner: hairy bikers chilli salad bowl; tortilla (7.0), creme frais (1.5), salsa (0.5), cheese (HEA)

Snacks: crabsticks, slice of ham, cheese (HEA), m&m's (11.5!)

Drinks: squash, 7-up free, soda & lime (0.5)

Total syns: 22.0 (oops!)

Morning Helen hope your having a good weekend, Jackie had two copies of the Hairy Bikers book so has given me one... I am looking forward to Kev doing some of their recipes...

your food in take is much better than mine I am eating really rubbish - I am sure you will do well as you are exercising and a few treats might have got that NEED out of your system now

Happy Sunday Helen x
You too Kally, hope you're enjoying your weekend off x

Having a mad week with food, nothing is hitting it at the moment, sent Lisa a photo of the cake I've just had a piece of.. Why oh why?! It was far to sickly and really didn't hit the spot, campfire stew however was delicious and hoping that'll keep me going for the next few hours! X
