you say you have lost very little
but you have lost - you have not put on
and you have been working on your fitness (gym) so dont forget you are now much fitter so you have been doing that for you :)

I'm sneaking on whilst at work so might take awhile to type!

Sounds like a plan Helen... I find it does help... Even on flexi Syn days like Sunday it made me realise how much I was shovelling in...xx

It's so true, I obviously don't realise how naughty I'm being so writing everything down I can look back rather than just think "I've only had one bad day" when potentially I've had loads of little things that have all added up x

That's true, I don't feel very fit at the moment though but I'm sure I must be getting fitter x

Well that took awhile as everytime I wrote something I had to stop!

Will write my food now but haven't actually had dinner yet so will update it later once I've finished for the day, thanks all x

Had a lazy morning, Mark got up to go to gym just before 8am but I was and still am exhausted so I went back to sleep for an hour, the shifts are really taking it out of me lately and I don't know why, just feel permanently tired x

It could be that you are just needing some extra protein in your diet as that is energy dense and make sure you drink plenty of water as that releases loads of energy... I have found since changing from Quorn to Soya I have noticed a big improvement in my energy levels...xx

I drink nearly 3 litres a day of water/squash a day so don't think it's that so perhaps I need to find some more protein rich foods, thanks for the advice x

food looks yummy Helen. Have you measured? Remember one can lose inches and not pounds when exercising :D

Protein definitely helps :D xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Mmm no I haven't measured lately but clothes aren't feeling very different, will measure in next couple of days and see what they say.. Mind you my neighbour saw me in my gym kit the other day and said wow you can really see the difference, I guess it's because they were figure hugging so I must be getting there x

check you b vitamins too as you need them for energy release :)

Thanks I'll have to check what food I get vitamin B in x

Haven't really had much protein rich food today I don't think so that's not a good start! Tried out a green day today and have ended with a lovely hot chocolate I'm just getting into bed with as I'm chilly.

Today some guy cracked me up, I had wrote down what food I'd eaten today and had it on my desk and under dinner had wrote "BNS risotto (HEA)" well at work HEA means a Heavy container, he found the list and said "you've eaten a AKH?! WTF you've eaten a Heavy" and kept laughing and then said "what is this", proceeded to grab my list and said "well that's not very healthy, I was impressed with your food until I saw you'd had a fry up for breakfast, naughty, naughty", I then explained it was all fried in fry light and he queried the bacon, I then had to explain all the fat was cut off.

Sat there after he'd gone back to his desk and thought to myself that's why I don't like eating in front of other people because they judge and I end up having to justify myself, I then said "do you think my diet is bad then?" he said no and thinks he should do the same and snack on fruit rather than keep buying chocolate!

Well in the time it's taken to type that my tummy's playing up, guessing must be the milk or I have just come on grrr!
