Hello :)

Thank you, yeah I'm not giving it a second thought, its written off and I'm starting this week fresh...

Hope you are good!x

Thats the attitude!!!

I'm sitting here contemplating lunch, think I'll have a green day, have the munchies so could take advantage of the extra Hex's ;)

I've not tried the red and green days yet, Are they hard to get into the swing of them?

not really! the up side is that you can have x 2 a & B choices....so if you have a jacket potato say you could have a decent amount of cheese on top with a good portion of baked beans. I usually melt the cheese with some spring onions.:)

I couldn't that one to work for me earlier, describes exactly how I feel today

If it helps I have found a couple of very inspirational threads on here when you're out of ideas? One is what's for tea tonight and the other is what's for lunch. I find that when I see the things that other people are having it helps to get me back in the game. :D

Dont Do IT!!! Think of the scales!!!! Have a curlywurly instead..just don't buy a mutlipack as 1 can turn into 5!!!

I know, I'm hitting the scales in the morning and it's looking like a maintain or a little gain. So have to stay on track.

Just had 2 tesco meatfree burgers, 2 kingsmill buns (2 HexB), 45g mozzerella cheese (1 HexA), bbq sauce, salad, lots & lots of salad:) I am stuffed.

Need to pop out & do a fruit & veg shop. Make up a nice bowl of fruit salad to get me through this evening.

Sijack got me thinking baked spud, beans & more mozzerella, with more salad for dinner:eat:

Havn't tried the red days yet but I like green days, have discovered I really like quorn & meat free products so that helps. I love bread & cheese so its great having 2 extra Hex's, I take full advantage:D

Kids are laughing their heads off at me shaking me laptop over me head and blowing into it, in a very bad attempt to fix me sticky "b" key and spacebar, but seems to have done the trick, for the moment anyway :pcwhack::clap::character00148:

if you want a really nice midweek red try sw cottage pie (free if you include 2 x healthy extra cheese choice) instead of mash on top use carrot and swede mash xx :eat:

Gonna read up on red days today :coffee: Shake things up abit

Can you check something for me? In my 2009 directory :read: (blowing the dust off!) It lists :peep:Waitrose lamb shank in I think red current sauce and roasted veg as being 1.5 syns. I was wondering if that is still the case? It's so frustrating before you could just ring slimming world and order the directory and recipe books over the phone, and now they say you have to join a club!! :grumble:

Sorry Issywizzywoo, for my bad manners! :ashamed0005: Just read the above what I should have said is please would you check something for me....

If I were you I'd join a group outta your area, they give you the full pack on joining and buy all your books that first nite, I know its sneaky but its one of the only ways to bring your literature up to date, ebay is so expensive. ;) Then you always have here for support.

I'm going to group till the end of the month, then I'm gonna try go solo with help from here. Will save my €9 weekly fee in a savings tin & go on a guilt free skinny spree when I get to target :party0011::bunnydance:
