Well I went to group, officially up a lb, which is great considering how good a time I had last weekend I'll have that off and more next week.
Goals for this week is to eat all my syns & Hex's, as the weeks I do this I seem to do better and don't feel deprived.
Hardly anybody stayed to group, same faces every week. 4 more weigh-ins till holidays, then I'm considering jumping ship

That's good Issy and well done for being able to write it off and carry on, so hard not to let it get to you but we'll kick butt next week!
My day is meh. Lol I was really annoyed with myself at lunch as forgot to specify wholemeal bread so got a slice of white toast and beans, syns I would have rather have spent on chocolate
I walked home from work which took a hour and 15 mins(missed my car very very much) and I'm now having a early dinner of last nights leftovers as I'm starving! Planning on having a fruit salad with a low fat strawberry yoghurt on top later on. Pretty much on track. Yay!
What about you and everyone else? X
Good I have previously lost weight on slimming world but since having my son four years ago and suffering depression I gained four stone so finally in the right state of mind to get back on the wagon can't afford to go to club but feel I know enough to follow from home have the books etc etc however I struggle to get my head around EE so tend to follow red and green x
Work it work it! Nice weather for an hours walk so glad you're back on track Milkshake. I've started taking my leftovers into work mixing them with salad pasta or rice. We only have a coffee machine and a fridge so hot food is out of the question. Trying to avoid bread if I can as for me it's like a trigger food. Xx

Crap that sent before I told it to, and I'm on my phone so now can't see where I got to.. point was I ended up having mugshots for lunch all the time and I think they are pants. Since I discovered they do beans on toast for 75p I have that every time!
