This week my food has been up and down really. First thing it really hurts and last thing at night I can't really swallow so in eating more in the day. Last night we had a lovely dinner and sat outside to eat which was really lovely. Bf cooked salmon, scallops and stuffed peppers with salad so that was really healthy.
I'm going to make a bacon and egg sarnie for brekkie in a bit now that I have woken up properly. I've had 3 mugs of hot water, honey and lemon so my throat has eased a little bit.
This weekend I need to eat carbs and sugary things for energy but I'm not going to worry about it as I need to get this climb out of the way. On a course all next week but will try to make good choices - I think a week of EE is the best way to go!
Yeah I understand that your OH is annoyed but like you say there isn't anything you can do to change it so you need to explore your options and see how you can get round it. Is it easy for you to car share to work maybe?! With OH or a work friend?! That way you could save time and petrol money?! What are the buses like where you are?! I expect the most annoying thing will be picking up kids etc??
