Help needed for 1st day......

is it just the light one then...and not extra light?
i might give their one a try when i need some mayo next....unless i see the proper stuff on offer (which is when i buy it anyway)

shame you didn't have pasta...it would have saved using your HEb.

feeling a bit better now...had a mint aero biscuit and a packet of prawn hoops and crosses...they went down a wee treat.
have you tried the biscuits? they are mega! i dunno how i manage to make mine last so long cos it would be so easy to guzzle it...and reach for another hehe x
 
It's just the light one yeah. I don't remember seeing an extra light one but maybe I just missed it.

I was about to bring some cheese but figured using it at pizza express was probably a better option. Annoying that I didn't have pasta as that's one thing I ALWAYS have in lol! I obviously need to pay more attention!

I'm not all that keen on minty chocolate tbh - the only orange flavour stuff I like is Terry's chocolate orange. God I would kill for one of those lol. I bought some Cadbury twirls yesterday (not snack size ones but not full sized either. The in betweeny size) and they are 90 cals per stick. Not bad in my opinion if you can limit yourself to one lol. Might have one over the weekend as a treat (if bf hasn't eaten them all by then!) I had a relaxing evening last night but feel even more tired today :( today is gonna be a looooong day!! How you doing chic?

that's typical that you feel bleurgh today after a chilled out night eh..it's like our bodies say "hey...i need more of that action" lol

oooh i love twirls! and i've been eating chocolate orange segsations recently for 2 syns each so i opted for the mint biscuit as a wee change - i've not eaten today yet and already i'm thinking mmmmm chocolate lol.

i checked on sw website and their lighter than light one is 1/2 a syn - i'm sure it has a light purple label too so you could see next time?

i'm jealous of your pizza express...pizza is the one thing i've not had since before xmas! chinese and indian i've syn'd....my OH keeps mentioning Dominos but i'm having none of it...until i decide to have some time off plan! bad i know but needs must hehe x
 
ooh thanks for that - I will pick some up when I next go there. Need to write a list of the things I want to get. I know they do lots of freezer food that is low syn - like fishcakes, duck in hoisin stuff like that but I cant make head nor tail of my phone while I am trying to shop so need to write it all down and take it with me!

I have no plans on saturday so hoping for a bit of a lie in and then will just spend the day pottering around at home doing washing and cleaning up a bit. Hopefully that will please my body enough to stop trying to make me fall asleep on my feet hehehehe.

Pizza is SO SO SO synful! Especially dominoes! I would hold out if I were you! You could always try making one - asda to a pizza basse which is about 16 syns I think for the whole thing. Obviously it would mean that you couldn't use your syns on treats that night but if you feel an urge it might be worth it for a change?! Also one thing I have done before is use a sheet of jus-roll puff pastry, spread some tomato puree on it and put some peppers, onion, ham, mushrooms and a hex of cheese on the top and oven cook it. Its really nice and the whole sheet of pastry is 7 syns so thats a bit more like it! You could go halves with OH and do some SW chips to go with it (and salad maybe?) to fill you up and share out the syns so you could still have a little treat.

Tonight I am steering well clear of pizza lol. I'm just going to go for one of the dishes I told you about the other day - 10.5 or 12 syns! Going to be a test of my will power though lol.
 
good luck...but i still can't get over the salads!!!

i'm off to look at aldi's super 6 this week. i typed aldi into the sw website last night and the only free thing that came up was beef oxo cubes! lol.
there must be other things but i'll stick to what i get for now and its probably been cos i don't know the brand name - ie Bramwells etc so couldnt look properly x
 
No probs. I've just put all the stuff into a word document and listed it by frozen/chilled/cupboard and by free or syns.

yeah that would be ideal chick...i see some things that i fancy picking up but never sure it's free.
i bought some of their chicken breast sliced meat cos my little one loves the bernard matthews stuff on a sandwich rather than wafer thin chicken but it was awful...as soon as i opened the packet it had such a strong pepper smell.
i made it for his packed lunch and thankfully let him taste it in the morning before school and he hated it. rushed to make him something else but glad i checked or the wee soul would've been starving at lunch!

the thread's good and i've had a nosey through the list. i get my passatta from there - just the wee cartons and to be honest, i've never checked for oil etc cos it's a basic one so i hope its ok lol...not done me any harm so far lol x

Argh....I caved into the garlic dough balls!!! My will power failed me when I was surrounded by 4 friends all eating them :( I did stick to my plan of the Aubergine bake though so I ended up over syns by 16! :(

That was such a stupid decision especially with Chinese on the cards tonight. Still deciding whether to plead illness and not go after last night tbh.

Today is EE in case i do go for the chinese but Ill have to do Red days this weekend I think to try and stop the damage. I've got a whole chicken in the freezer than I can cook tomorrow and make last for two dinners.

How's things with you?

think of what you could have eaten...think of how many syns you might have been over if you hadn't had the bake thingy???

now as for tonight....don't cancel just cos you feel bad about yesterday - if you genuinelly don't wanna go then cancel...but if it's just cos you feel guilty about yesterday then don't!
you know you can make "Healthier" choices and not look like the odd one out, you could still probably do red today if you don't have rice but you still have tomorrow and sunday to pull it back ;)

things with me are fine, i've got a few things i need to do today...and with a small boy alongside me, i think some bribery might be required if i'm gonna make him tag along lol x


I ate 3000 calories in one day but burnt 550 of at the gym do you think I would gain from that?

i'm not really sure to be honest....i think you have to eat so many calories over a week to have a gain....so you might be ok if you don't over eat the rest of the week?
