in the end i didn't watch it...saw there was a new Ross Kemp extreme world series on so downloaded the 1st one from last week...it was awful...about trafficking in india, children/women...it was awful :(

love his stuff but some of them are traumatic!
we dunno how bloody lucky we are in this country...i know, and i'm the 1st sometimes to moan about this or that but really....we're so sheltered from half the stuff that goes on in the world x

Hello! Argh today has been total mania for me! Work was really busy and looks like the next few days will be the same so I need some early nights.

Just sitting down to eat and then I'll be off out to see my dad quickly. Then home, shower and bed lol. Bf is making a chorizo and bacon pasta bake and I'll prob take some of it for lunch tomorrow as well :)

my day's been ok...hectic at times too. i didn't take teeny to his swimming lessons which was bad i guess...but it gave me a chance to get some things done around the house and he's loving that he's currently in bed watching a dvd which NEVER happens on a school night lol.

green day again for me...quorn chilli (again) for dinner - in a pasta bake and have some for lunch tomorrow....it's the last i'm having it this week...but it's handy when i don't really need to "prepare" something for myself cos it's there!

sorry to hear you've been snowed under with work, try and get an early night...sounds like you'll need it if the rest of the week is the same!x

Aww bless him. I'm all tucked up with a DVD too. Just had a soak in the bath so I'm def ready to hit the sack!

There was enough leftovers for three lunch portions lol. Bf and I both got it tomorrow and I'll have some for dinner Friday night before I go out as I need something really quick! Ideal really :)

Tomorrow is another EE one for me! Fish n chips for dinner :)
 
Morning. Well making myself have an earlier night lat night has helped a little. I def feel a bit less exhausted this morning - even woke up just before the alarm!!!

The only annoying thing is I didn't do the washing up from dinner before I went to bed (as per my New Years resolution) as I just needed to get into bed so I will have double to do today. Sigh. Never mind!

I'm going to do fish and chips for dinner with mushy peas and see how it comes out. I'll use some breadcrumbs for bf but probably just use smash for mine. I'll spice both mixtures up a bit with some seasoning and parsley and dill I think for a bit of extra flavour. Might even put some mint in the mushy peas :)

What's your plan today?

Tonight will be the first night of level 3 of the shred!! Only 10 days to go!!

not sure what dinner will be tonight but lunch is left over chilli.

i went to bed earlier than usual last night but not as early as i could have...was up at 12.30 then 4...grrrr! i just wish i could sleep right thru!

I'm reeeeaaallly aching from the shred. Level three is all about hips and thighs gah!!! So hard but only 9 days to go!! Will I make it!? No idea but I'll try!!!

Did fish and chips for dinner and it was really nice coated in smash with dill and parsley. Will def do that again.

Well not only did I manage the shred last night, bf woke me up early this morning so I have also done today's workout!! Feeling smug but probably won't be later when I seize up hahaha.

Was nice though since we also had a cuppa and something to eat in bed this morning. Bf started watching his boxset while I shredded and wanted to fit another episode in before work so I had time to shred, shower, wash and dry hair and have a cuppa and an alpen bar snuggled up while he watched it. Been a different morning to normal - and I do feel sleepy lol - but it was nice actually.

Today is EE as I'll be rushing round after work. I'm going round my sisters for a girls night so I have some cannelloni in the fridge to whizz in the microwave and lunch is more chorizo pasta :)

What's your day looking like hun?
 
I'm well impressed! I thought I was doing well getting up early to wash my hair and now being ready 10 mins before we need to leave! Lol

Today's green again and I'm having a cheese and pickle sandwich for lunch and prob more quorn stuff for dinner. Morrisons had the peppered steaks and fajita strips half price so I got those yesterday. Like the peppered steaks but not had the strips before.

Teeny not amused at having to goto breakfast club today...he doesn't usually but cos I'm working, needs must!

Have a nice time at your sisters...hope your day goes quick and you're not rushed off your feet too much x

I'm sure once he is there he will have a good time with the other children.

i still have some quorn pieces in my freezer that I really must dig out and try. I usually have green days when bf isn't eating at home as he really likes having meat or fish with his dinner and i dont like faffing around with 2 dinners. Will try to plan that in for next week - thanks for the reminder! :)
 
i'm hoping the fajita strips are good....but i don't have any wraps and to be honest, after paying nearly £3 for the other pack, i ended up having 1 or 2 and the rest got binned :(
must plan better...but i don't like being "committed" to what my HEb will be. i tend to use them on the same things but must plan better

overtime shift done...feeling well pleased with myself lol
need to get teeny sorted as he's staying at his dad's tonight so no time to stop just yet...he needs showered, bag packed, dinner etc. 3 separate dinners again for me to make...tomorrow i'm DEF having the same as my OH! lol

how you feeling after the shred this morning?

i weighed in before work so have a total of 5lbs off for the month of january. not sure how i'll play it re WI but i have the choice now to work it out across the month, or WI on a monday as usual.

how has your day been? it's freezing here today...a really bitter cold wind and rumours of snow...hope it doesn't tho - we've been lucky so far!x

Hello Hun. Sorry for the radio silence the last two days!! I'm absolutely shattered!! Friday was ok shred wise but after work I was running round like a maniac to get to my sisters on time lol. I manages to stick to syns which I'm pleased with.

Not so pleased with last night though!! It was a friends bday so I had a night off plan and really went for it lol. I had a BBQ burger and sweet potato chips for dinner and shared a choc brownie Sunday for pudding. (And had a bottle of wine!!! Eeeekkkk!!!) dread to calculate the syns but it was a really great meal and a good night out so no regrets and back on plan this morning. I had saved up some syns during the week and I'll have low syns today so hopefully not too much damage.

I'm not looking forward to shredding later on though :(

How have you been the last few days!?

the last few days have been ok for me thanks, didn't do much yesterday, my friend popped in in the afternoon, i had rice pudding, fruit salad and a BNS salad through the day then some chicken and cashew nuts, boiled rice and a few prawn crackers for dinner.
thinking red for today but i'm so hungry this morning....so it'll go one way - or another! lol

planning on zipping here and there for shopping, need to pay my rent etc but no exciting plans other than that really.

good for you on sticking to syns on friday and last night sounds like it was fun...and yummy! glad you have no regrets and it's not like you do those things all the time.
think it was deserved after all your shredding lately anyway ;) x

Morning.

Well I stayed the same this week. Hoping it's a mixture of * week coming, doing the shred and Saturday night and that I'll get a loss this week. Maybe I need more red days!? I seem to have got a bit stuck and I'm not losing at my normal rate.

Ah well - onwards and upwards as they say. EE for me today. How's your day looking?! You gonna weigh??
 
aww i thought you would've had a loss...even a little one cos of all the shred.
you must've lost and the sts is maybe the result of saturday...so still to show? no gain which is good...but i bet you've lost inches doing the dvd!

i managed my red day yesterday, prob EE or green today depending on dinner...i've got a few bits and pieces that need to be used up - either quorn burger or chicken breast so will need to decide.
been cooking since before 8...most of it's done it's the queue for the oven i'm waiting on now lol. need to stay in for a delivery today so it hopefully won't take all day!

got natural yog to be used too so will prob do mac and cheese which will do lunch tomorrow i suppose.

didn't weigh...not sure i'll last til the end of february but i'd like to give it a go...to be on plan then get a nice result (hopefully)
got a wedding to goto in a couple of wks so we're away for that - but no other social things other than that so if i hang off til the end of feb to weigh, i'd hopefully see a loss even with that weekend off?

I want to lose 9lb minimum. I've only lost 3lb of my Xmas weight so I don't think it's my body being comfy where it is. I could probably increase my speed foods a little and make sure I have enough SuperFree.

I'm hoping it's just that it's * week due this week plus the exercise I have been soon building some muscle (and Saturday night). Just have to plod on as I am I think and not get disheartened by it.

How was your day yesterday? I had Singapore pork stir fry for dinner and got it again for lunch today. Not sure what dinner will end up being as I didn't get anything out the freezer as I was in a rush this morning. Feeling exhausted at the moment despite an early night last night so gonna have another one today I think.
