Feeling really bloated again today - hope it goes before WI tomorrow

Oh that's good then if you were happy with it:) !!! I've been ok today a few odd bits and bobs over but my little girls birthday celebrations are over now so back on track !! X
 
Sunday 4th November

Havent posted for a couple of days because have went so off plan just decided to write Friday/Saturday off and start again today - it wasnt so much the food ive been bad with but have drunk so much vodka i smell like a brewery!!!!!

Lost 0.5lb at WI- v pleased because its TOTM and i'm so bloated!

Saturday 10th November
Had a bad day yesterday-went to wagamamas for tea and instead of getting low syn dish went for what I wanted :( reckon I had about 30 syns!!!

Sunday 11th November

Another bad day - i'm on a complete downer this week and i havent been thinking about SW if im honest, went to the pictures with DF and could have had HIFI bar or some other low syn thing to eat but thought sod it and had nachos with cheese instead, wouldnt care they werent even that nice :cry:

Anyway - day started off as a EE day

Nothing!

Nachos and cheese (i reckon about 30 syns!!!!)

Total syns = have got a cheek to count them!! (but its 31.5)

Need to try and get back to it tomorrow!

Thanks hun, I've been trying to get back on plan-Monday had slip up and ate the test of the butterkist from Sunday-yesterday was ok until realised I'd left lunch in the house-went on sw website and made a low syn choice from m&s though. Took a wi holiday because it's oh's bday but trying not to use it as excuse to go mental-will see how rest of week pans out x
